This property was just as advertised. Located in a quiet and beautiful part of Provincetown it was close to all the shops and restaurants (about 5 minutes) and also very closely situated to two bike rental locations if you feel like exploring more of the town on wheels. Property was pristine and very comfortable. Host was super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and stay as well! Really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend.

From coffee on the expansive deck listening to the birds or cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, I always have an excellent stay at the condo. My family and I stayed for a week as we have twice before and enjoy the proximity to the park, the walk into town, and the quiet at night. Deborah is a phone call away if ever needed and we appreciate the snacks upon arrival :-).The Amaker/Walters Family

A perfect home base in Provincetown

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here. It's private and quiet but still easily walkable to all the fun on Commercial Street. The nights when we weren't going out on the town, there was plenty of space for us to cook, hang out on the patio, and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable.. convenient yet quiet

We love the west end and this unit provided a clean and comfortable place for our family. Many walks to day hill beach and commercial street.. we brought our bikes and were able to store under the deck. It’s a very quiet neighborhood..

Great condo in a great location

Lovely condo so close to the heart of town. You can walk anywhere from this spot. Deborah was super responsive and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze! Will definitely come back again!

Provincetown Getaway

Very comfortable unit in a quiet section walking distance from the pier and shops. Clean with a well-appointed kitchen. A very comfortable place to spend our time.

Convenient, clean and stylish

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a six minute walk to the Boatslip. The condo is very clean, comfortable beds, good water pressure, spacious for PTown.

Wonderful week on creek rd!

We had the best stay at Deborah’s place. Check in with easy, they were very helpful and communicative. The place is beautiful and really feels like an escape from the bustle of downtown while bent perfectly accessible. Super close to our two favorite places -Victors and relish. Would love to stay again.

Everything PTown!

We had a great week-long family stay in the West End. There are a handful of stars of the show for this apartment: -- Walkability w/o the hustle and bustle: you can walk to so many great coffee shops, stores, and restaurants, yet you are tucked away from the busy-ness of commercial street. Being able to walk to take a dip in the bay/harbor was an added bonus! -- Deck: The large deck with table and ample seating provided what was essentially an additional "living space". -- Outdoor Shower: We took full advantage, and it was large, clean, and comfortable. There are only two minor critiques, and they are minor enough to not impact our rating. -- Smallish: It's certainly as advertised, but if you are looking for a place where you need to get some privacy and time away from your friends/family -- it's a bit hard to do. If you are going with friends, make sure you like them! Our family of 4 gets along great, so no issue there! -- Weekday Morning Noise: There is a plumber storage space/shop underneath the apartment. So during the week, most mornings there was quite a bit of noise from the trucks coming and going. This is ONLY a problem if you like to sleep-in past 9, like my teenagers do! But honestly, it was not so bad. I am sure it is much noiser closer to Commercial Street! Again, great stay, good communication, the place is spotlessly clean and has everything you need!

great getaway!

great property. Perfect for two adults and 2 children or 2 adults only. Ample closet space and fully stocked kitchen. We ate out for dinners so didn't need to use the stove but it was great to know it was there. Nice bathroom and showers (indoors and out). Waking and sitting on the deck to enjoy light breakfast and coffee and the birds. Property manager was terrific. Little too far to walk to the busy parts of Commercial Street but parking was easy in town and at the condo. Thank you for a great few days.

Great location, beautiful place

A getaway weekend with friends to try to squeeze one last weekend of summer was made ideal with staying at Deborah’s place. It was exactly what we were looking for: comfortable yet stylish and clean accommodations with a cape feel and a little tucked away from the hub of life on commercial st, yet only a 10 minute walk. Her communication was great and very helpful. I highly recommend.

Peaceful Rental Close to Town

We absolutely loved our stay! Deborah was an amazing host and was very communicative and kind every step of the way. The condo has updated appliances and lots of natural light. We loved the open lay out and huge deck with a grill. The location is a short distance from downtown and we walked and bikes everywhere. This was one of our favorite p-town rentals!

Perfect place for a group of 4!! Quiet place that is easily within walking distance of all the best attractions. Off the main road so you can relax and enjoy. Deborah made the whole process seamless and was extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again!

September in P'town, west end

My sister and I had a delightful, September 2022 week at 38 Creek Road, #1, our base for our explorations and fun. We stayed in #2, summer 2021. Both units are attractively decorated, super clean, and very well stocked with necessities. Deborah is a great host, very responsive. I recommend these two units with no reservations.

Excellent property and host

We had a great Provincetown experience this year, thanks in no small part to our apartment. It was exactly as advertised and matched the pictures. The interior space is comfortable and well furnished. The outdoor space is large and provides even more room to relax and enjoy Provincetown. The location was also ideal for us (quiet, but an easy walk into the center of things). Deborah is a great host and very responsive.

Great Accomodations in PTown!

This is our second time renting this well-appointed condo in Provincetown's west end, and I'll return again next year. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a short walk to Commercial Street. If you have younger children or tweens, this is the perfect place for you. I get a "real" vacation and can sleep in because it's so quiet and the boys get to go to the park daily as it is only a five-minute walk from the unit. You have everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living room (TV with Netflix for movie nights). The intimate space is just enough for a family of four. As someone who cooks almost daily, a stocked kitchen is a must. I've checked all of the cabinets and there's more cookware, platters, etc than I need for a 7-day stay. The unit is immaculate! I'm a little OCD and check for evidence of professional cleaning. You can certainly tell the difference when a bathroom is cleaned thoroughly and dishes are free of residue. Those things matter as this is my home away from home. We absolutely love the deck with a large table, grill, as well as the addition of two Adirondack chairs. I have my coffee on the deck listening to birds before the boys get up. It's so peaceful at this end. And, we go into the fray whenever we want with just a short walk away. Deborah is responsive, although I didn't have a reason to contact her because we had everything we needed. We texted the day before and during the drive in. She was kind enough to leave the boys snacks/goodies upon our arrival. They loved it! Who doesn't love Cape Cod chips and chocolate cookies. We'll definitely be back for year three!

Relaxing accommodations with modern luxuries

The condo was clean, well maintained, with modern conveniences like mini-split heat pumps instant hot water heaters that meant we were always comfortable. In addition the kitchen had an excellent supply of equipment so we could cook our own meals without being frustrated.

Fantastic Ptown Getaway

cozy get away

This rental was a great find for the week of New Year's Eve! While it was just me & my husband, there are 2 bedrooms and enough space to easily hold 4 adults. A great open space (large ceilings, good windows & light), good bathroom with a great shower, very functional kitchen (all the amenities you need if you want to cook or host a small gathering), comfy couch (great for napping in front of the fireplace!). Very quiet neighborhood (close to Victor's, Liz's & Mussel Beach), easy walk to Commercial Street in the West End. The property owner was very good about communicating with us & made sure we were all set entering the property. Can't get easier than this! This is definitely a place I'd want to check out in the summer, as there is a good size deck with table, chairs & a grill. You can't go wrong with this rental!

Perfect Spot

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time! Great kitchen for cooking up our meal while watching football on the tv. Great open floor plan and Deborah is a great host! We arrived to a bouquet of flowers on the table to kick things off, such a nice touch! We will definitely be back! Thank you Deborah!
