Located within the premier Mayflower Lakeside community on the banks of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this newly constructed condo offers a spacious 1600 square feet of living space. You will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms with plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests in true comfort.

Offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Mayflower Lakeside has space for your group of friends or your whole family to enjoy a mountain getaway.

Community clubhouse with seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, lounge, and game room, and pickleball courts (paddles not provided).

A door code is required for access of this unit.

This is a NEW 1300 sq ft condominium located in beautiful Deer Valley East Village. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with one sofa sleeper. Community access to seasonal pool and hot tub and pickle ball courts.

The Mountain Mover is a complimentary, on-demand winter shuttle service available for guests and residents in select Jordanelle/Deer Valley East Village areas, including the Mayflower Lakeside communities. It provides direct, stress-free transportation to the Deer Valley East Village ski lifts.

A car is recommended for this location. Underground parking with one assigned parking stall available during your stay, with a provided pass.

Very clean and well decorated condo close to Jordanelle!

We had a great time!! The only thing missing was a microwave and ideally a sectional for more comfortable seating. We definitely will be back!

Next time I will look for a town house. The space was clean, the interior was a great layout for my family (thank you for the bunk beds), and the temperature control worked great. The furnishings were new and nice, as opposed to cheep furnishings I sometimes see at rentals. Lots of light. Nice beds. However, it had the following issues that I will pay attention to the next time I rent. Parking: The designated parking space was too small for our car (and there was a plug in hybrid parked there the full time of our visit, anyway) and the street parking was all filled, so we had to park at the club house and walk. The lack of sufficient parking for a 8-person condo was disappointing. Storage: For an area with a lot of outdoors visitors, there was no convenient storage space to secure mountain bikes or skis. Blinds: While the windows have blinds, they didn’t completely block the sun. In the morning, the master bedroom was light despite the blinds.

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the limited parking in the area. We hope this was the only issue that kept you from providing a higher rating. As this is a new community, we are actively addressing the parking limitations and working on solutions. Regarding the amenities, the clubhouse is located across the cul-de-sac, so there is a short walk to that building. For the windows, we do use blackout shades, though we understand that some light may still filter through. We apologize that the parking did not meet your expectations. We are glad that you enjoyed the surrounding area.
