Bedrooms
Relax in ultimate comfort with two spacious king bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a serene retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring the outdoors. The third bedroom offers added flexibility, featuring a bunk bed with a queen sofa on bottom and full on top. There is an extra full bed rollout, comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests.

The guest has access to the entire condo.

Underground Parking:
There is one dedicated parking spot in the underground parking lot.

Private Ski Storage:
In the garage is private ski storage guests will have access to. The previous guest has donated a brand-new set of sleds for your usage.

If sleds are in the storage, feel free to use and place back in storage when done. If broken or not there, please let us know so we can replace (no charge to guest).

Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit of $300 will be collected 2 days prior to your check-in date. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages or policy violations during your stay. It will be automatically released within 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Ski Locker
-The ski locker located just outside the front door. The key for the locker can be found next to the key card. We recommend keeping all ski gear in this closet for convenience and safety.

Mail & Packages
-Guests are welcome to have packages delivered during their stay. Packages will be placed in the Mail Room next to the hot tubs. Please note that this is at your own risk — we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Important Key Information
-The ski locker and mail room keys are difficult to replace. A $150 fee will be charged if any keys are lost.
