This single-story townhouse is centrally located in Yuma, with beautiful views and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Out front, you are treated to a beautiful oasis, surrounded by grass, mature trees, and a refreshing pool. From the back, you can enjoy amazing sunsets overlooking the Yuma Valley.

Clean, comfortable, and modern, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse sleeps six. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances and granite countertops, a dining room, and a living room with a queen sofa sleeper. The main bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is just a few steps away from the second bathroom.

This townhouse is equipped with two Smart TVs and includes wireless Internet service. The living room features a TV with Spectrum cable along with Netflix and additional apps. to watch your favorite shows. The main bedroom's TV has local channels and Netflix. There is also a comfortable private patio area that includes a gas BBQ grill.

Need parking? Not a problem! This townhouse comes with free covered parking for two vehicles. There is also nearby visitor parking that can accommodate additional vehicles.

Centrally located, this townhouse is within walking distance of Onvida Medical Center. If you are looking for entertainment, check out the nightlife scene at one of the many bars and restaurants in Downtown Yuma, or check out one of the three local casinos.

You will be only 15 minutes away from Mexico where they have great tacos, shopping, and very inexpensive prescription drugs. The nearby Colorado River is a great way to relax whether you are boating, floating down, or canoeing. For those of you who are bringing your four-wheel toys, the Imperial Sand Dunes are only 20 minutes away.

If you enjoy sightseeing, visit the Yuma Territorial Prison and the Yuma Quartermaster Depot State Historic Parks. The downtown area also is a great place to shop or visit the museum.

This was the perfect place to stay while connecting with extended family in the area. This is one of the best-stocked, most comfortable VRBOs I have ever seen (and we have stayed in a LOT of VRBOs…3 different ones on this same trip alone!). The host was so friendly and made checking in/checking out super easy. The kids loved the pool. The location was very convenient to get to all the shopping, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend this property.

We came from central California to spend time with our daughter who is stationed in Yuma. The condo was perfect- beautiful homey feeling space! Clean, a whole binder dedicated to food and attractions around the areas. Pool was right outside, and two covered parking spots were super nice features!

Why they chose this property

When we travel without our motorhome we prefer to stay in a vacation rental home as opposed to a hotel. We find that it is more comfortable and relaxing. We also are able to save money by cooking ourselves. We just want to provide a home for others. We chose this location because it is centrally located.

What makes this property unique

This townhouse is clean and in a quiet location. It has covered parking with additional parking close by in the visitor parking. The landscaping gives this place a relaxing resort feeling with the pool just out the front door. It is also within walking distance from the hospital.
