A great place to stay in Cincinnati for the weekend. Close to bars and restaurants, coffee shops. Great back yard for dogs.

My first stay in this home was amazing. the communication was a 10/10, it was clean, neighborhood was quiet. i enjoyed myself.

The location was excellent. Very close to the university and cute coffee shop/bakeries. Tye area felt safe and neighbors were friendly. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The unit looks like it’s not quite done being flipped/updated. The shower head didn’t work properly at first but we were able to figure out its “quirk” and communicate with the property manager. The bathroom rug and towels were old and dingy. I’d suggest the host update these. The couch and pillows need to be replaced as they were overused and had holes. There was a very large dead plant in the bathroom…. Confused as to why it is there at all. The kitchen has some helpful items like a 1 cup keurig and some bowls, etc. These items were not clean and we had to wash them all before using them. The host did provide a new sponge and dish soap. Overall, it was a fair place to stay and we made it work. The location and the comfort of the beds were enough to serve our purpose.

Very nice home

The code we were given did not work so we had to call to get a new code. This was only a minor hiccup as the host was easy to communicate with and got us right in. The home was as advertised and convenient to the University. Being able to bring our dog was a huge plus.

Charming Historic Home

Overall this was a nice place. However, being a single mom traveling with an infant, I should have just gotten a hotel. The neighborhood was a little rough, though it was surrounded by nice neighborhoods. Upon arriving at 1am, my door code did not and I had a bit of a panic. The property management responded quickly and was able to grant me entry. The house was very old, and though well maintained, there were some bugs crawling on the floor at night. I would recommend this to anyone traveling alone or with older children, but not an infant.
