I sometimes hate writing a great review because I want the best places to be open when I want to stay there! This is one of those places! I like to be very honest, because I rely on others honesty, so know that any thing I say is not code for something deeper! This house is truly now one of our favorites!The owners are absolutely wonderful! They are kind, helpful and extremely accommodating! The house is exactly as pictured and absolutely amazing! The location is central to everything. The layout is wonderful, the decor stunning, and seating and beds are plentiful and comfortable!If you have small children you'll want a gate for the stairs but it's a pretty kid friendly home. If you have elderly people with you, the master bedroom and bath are perfect. The grill was wonderful and the kitchen has great working space for simple cooking. Plan to bring things like spices, ECT.For those with boats (we did not have one), the driveway is quite steep and has some hearty bumps, but the parking area at the bottom is huge. The neighbors were not here, so I don't know how it would be with cars there, but it was a breeze getting turned around with our oversized truck. Even with wet fall leaves our huge truck and small car had only one incident of slipping wheels that was momentary. We loved nightly fires, rocking on the back porch watching the ducks and geese, and just being mesmerized by the serenity and beauty. This truly was a peaceful wonderful vacation place!!!
