Guest Access:
Beginning May 15 until June 30, 2025, Frenchman’s Cove will continue villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

The Frenchman’s Cove public restrooms will undergo renovation work from June 1 through July 15, 2025. Work will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. One Family Restroom will remain available for owners and guests use.

Please note that beginning on April 1, 2025, the Frenchman’s Cove will undergo emergency repairs to sections of the road pavers on site. The project is anticipated to be complete by October 1, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups.

Other Things to Note:
• The U.S Virgin Island’s Environmental Infrastructure Impact Fee on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest. This will be charged directly by the hotel at check out.

• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.
• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
