The inviting open-concept living area boasts plenty of windows to fill the space with natural light and provide stunning views of nature at it's best including the gorgeous Mountaintown Creek where many a fisherman have caught their share of trophy trout.

Located just a short drive from downtown Ellijay, Cascading Falls offers access to charming shops, delicious local restaurants and the vibrant charm of this quaint mountain town. All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig/Drip combo, crockpot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans

Linens for each bed, (2) bath towels (1) hand towel (1) washcloth per person listed on reservation, dressers or closets for clothing storage, central heat and air, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable/satellite or Smart TV's, internet, telephone for local calls if cell service is not available.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).
Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE CABIN ARE E-MAILED TO YOU 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL IF YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH YOUR GUEST LIST, DRIVER'S LICENSE AND RENTAL AGREEMENT. WE DO NOT ALLOW SAME DAY CHECK IN'S ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS.
