Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath lofted retreat, perfectly situated near Magazine Street, New Orleans' top shopping and dining destination! Whether you're strolling through unique boutiques or indulging in local cuisine, you'll love being just minutes away from all the action. After a day of exploring, return to your cozy hideaway for a restful evening. Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this spot is your perfect base for experiencing the vibrant culture of the city!
This gem is located on the second floor of our guest dedicated building. Guests first step into our pass through lobby and into the carriage way that has both outdoor seating and patio access where the hot tub can be located. Up the stairwell in the carriage way is the access balcony that leads to your unit. Step into the open concept living room with a kitchenette. Up the stairs you will find the lofted bedroom area and private bathroom.
Guests have full access to the building, condo & all amenities listed! The pass through lobby, carriage way, access balcony, and back patio with hot tub are shared space with the other guests in the building. The unit is completely private according to your reservation.
Smoking - We have a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy inside the condo or lobby, on the access balcony, or in the first floor carriage way. If the fire alarm sounds the fire department will show up. If it is a result of smoking or vaping the guest in question will be held responsible. We appreciate your understanding as we want to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay.
Laundry - There is no onsite laundry for our guests. The closest laundromat is "Black & Gold Wash and Fold" located at 2533 Carondelet St (0.7 miles away).
