The host was very accommodating and the house was in a great location. The hot water wasn't working in the place we originally reserved I messaged the host and within he messaged back and had a new place in same building we were able to move into which was very convient. I would book again if I ever make it back to that area

Do NOT stay here! This place was not clean at all, piles of garbage and sheets and fingernails all over the place. The stairs are wobbly and boards are falling off, my kids could not walk up them. I will never ever stay here again.

First off the description is misleading this is a second floor apartment, which is not mentioned in the description. Secondly the porch is dilapidated and missing treads. The apartment is a landlord special paint covering all the issues. The cleaning leaves something to be desired the bathroom has mold coming out from under the mouldings and in the corners. The floors felt weak in places and blinds were broken. Third there were only two wash clothes for a house that holds 14. Fourth there was limited cooking utensils and pans. Lastly a man entered the apartment without being asked to inform us he would be working next door. It was cheap and we only stayed two night but I won't encourage anyone to stay there for more then that.

Weak Wifi. No Shampoo. No bodywash. No extra Toilet paper. The TV was not working. Dirty floors. The most important thing is to have one small bathroom for that number of beds. The curtains in the rooms were broken.

Cozy Stay

This property was perfect for what my parents and I needed to enjoy our stay in St. Louis. It was a quaint little home to come back to and enjoy each others company after our busy days of venturing out and about. The amenities that were included were great, the beds were so comfortable and the location was ideal, close to just about anything you to see. Dan was phenomenal to communicate and work with as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for just a cozy little spot to relax and wind down at after a day/evening outing.

We had a great stay overall! The house worked really well for our group and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and took care of any issues right away — including missing bedding and a refrigerator problem. Parking could sometimes be a bit tricky to find, but it wasn’t a major issue.The home could use a few updates — a fresh coat of paint and some improved seating in the dining and living areas would make a big difference. The living room furniture and layout were a little different than pictured, but still comfortable enough for our stay.Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again!
