Welcome to the "Beach Haus", a charming, fully furnished retreat just 400 feet from Minot Beach! This detached apartment combines coastal charm with modern comforts, offering a peaceful escape while keeping you close to local shops, restaurants, the Harbor, and the Boston train. Conveniently located 45 minutes south of Boston and an hour north of Cape Cod, it's the perfect home base for exploring the South Shore.

The apartment features two sunlit bedrooms, each with a cozy sitting area, couch, and TV with Roku. The space also includes a spacious full bath with a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a 65" TV (Roku) and a stand-up video game console loaded with 20 classic 80s games!

After a day of exploring or beachside fun, relax in the private, fenced backyard, complete with an outdoor shower and patio furniture for lounging or dining al fresco.
