The 3500 sq. ft. unit accommodates large groups with plenty of room to eat, sleep and entertain. This home comfortably sleeps 12 with 3 King Beds, 4 twin beds, 2 trundle beds . Cooking for a large group is easily achieved with the fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, gas range, double ovens, outdoor grill, and French door refrigerator. Large dining table accommodates 8 and can be expanded to seat 12. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with seating for 3 or can be used to serve food. Our family of 11 enjoyed the layout and space. It was convenient to the bus system and centrally located. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was very well stocked. Our kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub.

Great family vacation

Wonderful spot for our extended family vacation! The townhome is in an amazing location and we took full advantage of the convenient shuttle service to DV. Very comfortable and spacious for our group of 9, we loved the large dining table and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

This place is great for a large family/group. All of the cousins stayed together in the lower levels, but we enjoyed dinners or playing cards at the dining/kitchen area together. Short drive to Park City mountain & Main street.

We loved this location for its location and its accommodations. It will sleep 11-12 guest comfortably. The Kitchen is nice and the pool table and hot tub are great! Free shuttles into town only 3 minute walk from the house. Also the contact for the house answered all questions as they came. Park City was a gem and so was this house!

Spacious, clean, well-stocked home

My family stayed here while we were skiing in Deer Valley. It was a quick and easy drive to the mountain every day (though there is a shuttle, I didn't spend the time figuring out how it worked). The home was wonderful. All of the rooms are nearly identical and when you have kids having "equal" rooms really matters. Each room has its own bathroom which is well-stocked with great hand lotion and nice, big shampoos and conditioners. The pictures online made it hard for me to figure out how this home was laid out but it basically has two living rooms. Since there were only 4 of us we had a LOT more space than needed. We had a really wonderful time playing pool in the evenings. The kitchen was really well stocked. It had multiple blenders, several sets of glassware, plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans. The picture of the kitchen makes it look like the refridgerator is in a weird place but it isn't. It's a good, functional kitchen layout so that we made breakfast for everyone every morning before heading to ski. The property manager and owner were extremely responsive. The house was really easy to use. Highly recommend. We'd love to stay here again when we return.

Great location

The condo was great for our ski trip. Had two 13 year olds and two 10 year olds with us. With the rooms spread out over three levels along with the game room we had plenty of room. Kitchen has every gadget you need and the Deer Valley shuttle was a fantastic bonus to get to the slopes. I would rent this place again for sure.

We loved the property! The shuttle to Deer Valley was fantastic. The well stocked kitchen made eating in and cooking a breeze. We had all the pots, pans, etc that we needed. The large kitchen table was great too for our extended family. Would definitely recommend and return.

This is a wonderful townhouse that is fully equipped and tastefully decorated.

Beautiful property, door to door shuttle is a game changer!

Plenty of space/ rooms/ and amenities. Slept 9 very comfortably. Continuously running shuttle picks you up at your front door and two minutes later you are at the base of the resort. Wonderful trip!

We spent a week in Deer Valley over the New Year, and this townhome was perfect for our three families - 6 adults, 6 kids. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax / unwind after a full day on the slopes! Location was great...the Deer Valley shuttle picks you up right outside the front door and drops you off at Snow Park. The townhome was equipped with several household amenities and supplies that we weren't expecting, but certainly appreciated having. Great communication prior to our visit and plenty of helpful information waiting for us when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay here again!!

Perfect accommodations for our five adults and four children. Plenty of starter supplies and linens. Very satisfied with every aspect of this property! The city bus service was disappointing since the drivers had no knowledge of streets and other routes so getting around was tricky. Recommended Lyft or renting a car.

Amazing vacation

We are a large family of six from Florida. We have owned the property since 2005 when we bought and remodeled it. Over the past 10 years we have used various rental agencies to manage our property, but have come to the decision to take over these duties.

Why Pinnacle 1166?
We are partial, but we think its the best blend of comfort and convenience. We love Park City, the quality of skiing, the restaurants and shopping on main street, the exclusivity of Deer Valley, and the comfort of our home. Our location offers great accessibility to anywhere in town. We are a 3 minute walk to the city bus loop, which easily connects you to Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort. We also have an arrangement with Deer Valley Lodging to provide door to door skier shuttle to Snow Park Lodge (Deer Valley Resort.) As a family of six with four adult children, this gives us great flexibility and independence on vacation. The property is large (3500 s/ft) and is multi-level with 3 recreational areas. This gives everyone the ability to spread out unwind and relax.
