My Husband and I bought a beautiful piece of land on Bali's southernmost cliff, between Uluwatu and Nusa Dua. Over the past few years built a wonderful residential life style community together with our close friends and "friends of friends". The objective was to build extraordinary homes each with their own signature, architectures and interiors and form an exclusive community on one of the most beautiful spots in Bali, We did not want to build "another Bali Villa" but homes that are inspiring and which, through the quality of our interiors, arts and services feel like your own private boutique hotel.
We work in the hospitality industry and understand that a perfect vacation is not just the quality of the villa but the perfect vacation is where a wonderful environment, intuitive service, great food and those special personal touches form the base of fond memories.

Villa Frangipani and Villa Tirta Kencana are two totally different villas located in the same gated life style community. The Villas each have 7 suites and studios all with en-suite bathrooms and feature a service brigade of 16 staff, consisting of housekeepers, butlers, gardeners, our resident chefs, engineers and a villa manager.
We have successfully hosted multi generational families, wedding parties, family reunions, small corporate meetings and incentives and luxury specialty tours and even private escapes and romantic getaway experiences.

Our teams have been trained to provide Intuitive Services and especially when we have families with different generations or with members that need special support, our wonderful team are able to excel so that no one in the party feels forgotten or lonely
