I want to touch on a few subjects. The only community thing is the fridge the household items we check after every single guest. Yes the hot tub is drained each time. Standard practice for all rentals. And yes we do offer early check in. It’s a fee and it must be told prior to your arrival. Thank you for staying with us.

You are writing this review because you are mad you didn’t receive your deposit back after threatening me with your family on the phone and telling me you would leave a bad review after leaving my cabin in very bad shape. Garbage left inside property. Pool trashed. Pool room trashed. No one was watching cameras. I get an alert on my phone when camera is off line that is all that happened here. Cameras on outside are legal and for our property protection. You can’t be mad when it’s clearly on the listing and normal on properties. Been in this business for years and never had your level or unprofessionalism. You caused damages and the pool has to be pumped and you want to blame the owner. You left the property beyond messy. You didn’t follow any checkout instructions and you left the garbage 7 45 gallon bags which you didn’t have permission to use all outside the bear cage. You clear didn’t follow any instructions and you are mad.

Left a one star review after the pool heater malfunctioned on their second night. I called her and they offered to check the breakers for me cause I am an hour away and it was around bedtime that they notified me around 9 PM. I offered to drive there anyways but the heater had burned out. Which these things happen in this industry. I offered her $100 off and I send someone to fix it the next day. Not good enough. I offered to let them leave for a refund. Said ok. Then complained about the refund trying to get her whole money back. Refunding their last whole day is more than adequate! Since then the pool heater has been totally replaced and changed we now have a smart heat pump. But her communication and attitude were completely unacceptable. I took care of it immediately and offered the options available at the time. I try to be fair and respectful.
