Family trip to Disney

Over all the property was nice. Check-in process was a little confusing. We had a few issues with the condo, master bathtub didn't drain, dryer didn't really dry clothes properly, but once we contacted the property manager the issues were resolved. We wish we knew we weren't close to the amenities.

Coming back next year.

Check in was a breeze! It met our expectations and we were very comfortable. My only complaint would be it needs more seating. The place sleeps ten but the couch sits 3-4 people. Everything else was great and there was plenty of seating for dining.

Great house

House was perfect for what we needed it for. Close to ESPN and Disney. Needs a new couch. It was like sitting on wood and poking into your back.

Great place to stay

We had a relaxing spring break getaway! The condo was perfect for our group with plenty of room for the 10 of us. The pool was a bit chilly but after we paid to have the heat turned on it was perfect. The owners were very responsive to all issues that we encountered. The resort pool and amenities was in a separate area but a walk through the swamp land on a covered bridge was very convenient and easy exercise! We loved our stay and if we ever come back to this area we will definitely rent again!

Quiet and pet friendly neighborhood

Property was as expected. No issues except check-in forgot to tell us we needed to get a parking pass which is located in the main neighborhood one street down. They will tow your car without it.

This house is in terrible condition. The floors when we arrived were filthy and there was food down the center console table, sticky substances on the top of the tables. We immediately called and they sent someone back over to “clean” they stayed around 20 mins and it didn’t get any cleaner. The walls and baseboards are disgusting, the carpets in several areas are black. The comforters had white substances and blood on them, there was blood on the back of the door. The light in a bedroom downstairs didn’t work unless you climbed on the bed and screwed it in for light and unscrewed it for it to be off. Many more things.We rented the house for 9 days and left the next morning after arrival. Sent all of this info to the rental company and they refuse to give us our money back because they said we should have called them again first to come fix the issues before checking out.Who in their right mind stays in a house when they go to bed that has blood and substances on the comforters?

Nice home

The property was nice. It had a modern vibe to it. The TV did not work in the master bed room. They replaced it immediately. The onlg issue that i had was there lacked a lot of kitchen supplies. And there were no plastic bowls or cups for the toddlers. On a funny nite a raccoon kept raiding the trash.

Great location and wonderful home

We had a wonderful vacation at Paradise palms. The resort is absolutely amazing!! We have stayed there a few times now and its always a pleasure. It was a first time for us at Banana palm rd and we loved it. Quiet street with lovely neighbours and a beautiful walk to the resort ammenities. It has its own entry, thats something to be aware off. Especially the first time because you have to go to the main gate. In the communication with the owner it was mentioned so this wasn't a suprise! The house itself got everything you need for a lovely vacation, but... Maintenance of the house is overdue and the cleaning could have been done a lot better. Not all the beds are comfy, the smaller beds were really wobbly but still we slept quit good in it. We noticed more minor defects but nothing that influences your vacation experience in a negative way. I hope in the future the cleaners of the house will do a better job because hygiene is absolutely important especially if lots of diffefent people will stay there over the year.

Great location and the home was comfortable. Smaller than what the photos show but still roomy. Pool was still warm in November without getting it heated. All the furniture were super comfortable, slepted like a baby. Clean and has a lot of amenities. Quiet neighborhood and close to many locations to visit. A few things things I did such as the correct information about the villa. It is NOT pet friendly even though the listing says pet friendly. Finding the location was very difficult because you have to go the main entrance then drive back to where google takes you to the actual address, that was frustrating because the email did not state that. Check out is 10am and not 11am like it says in the book in the home. You can not lower the ac past 72 degrees which was difficult becauss the fans either worked when the lights were on or didnt work.

Pros: condo has enough beds for the amount of people we had and it was close to the Disney World and other parks. The bar at the main pool was lovely ! The staff was friendly and kind ! They do have a movie theatre with 3 showing a day :) the front desk will print copies for you if needed and are helpful and friendly !! Cons: I would rather deal with a home owner vs a rental agency, that was not super clear when booking …. You pay for things apart from VRBO and I didn’t think VRBO would allow that !! Communication with the rental company is poor !!! They do tell you that you have to bring all your own essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) I find that a bit tacky…. Hotels don’t do that !!! Poor communication about how to check in !! You much go to the front gate which is separate from the address they give you , that should have been clear . Numerous attempts to reach the rental agency via VRBO and telephone with no response. The unit itself is what you would expect from track homes, you can hear everything in every room and what the neighbors are doing . I do not fault the homeowner for that . The condo was not clean, hair in the showers, clogged sinks, kitchen is lacking supplies for basic cooking If you want to sleep and you are doing everything outside of the condo this would work Our family would choose another place due to that rental company alone

Great spot for family vacations

9 of us came down to do the theme parks... great stay, close to literally everything... i give it a 8/10 rating... some things need some work like the dryer took FOREVER to dry our clothes. The grill also needs maintenance. First 3 days only one side worked... overall nice place to have a family vacation! Id definitely stay here again

Orlando adventure

We had 7 guest all over 18 and the house was perfect! The living area, bedrooms and patio and pool was perfect our party. The location was also perfectly located by any park you would want to vist. We also spent one day just lying by the pool at the clubhouse, enjoying the pool and drinks at the bar. Awesome time. We will definitely be back to Paridise Palm.

Lots of fun

We had a great time here. The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. Overall the place is a bit tired but that can be expected of a rental property. First time renting a townhouse for us, usually we rent detached homes. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of both the back yard and splash pool. We would definitely rent again.

Not what you see in the pictures!! DIRTY!

I had to clean this house rite from the time i step into it, dirty walls floors,and i even found fingernails, Cockroaches, etc..., the A/C unit gave us nothing but problems from day 1, i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who likes keeping their homes clean!

Vacation Canceled

We were celebrating our honeymoon with our four children at Disney. After driving 16 hours we pulled in at 11PM to find our our reservation was canceled. We reached out to the owners, security desk reached out to them and left multiplemessages. Eventually they turned their phone off. Apparently our reservation was canceled in May for our July trip, with no email or phone call to us (they said they did but there is nothing). Then they continued to take our payments and communicate about the vacation without ever mentioning it was canceled. Including giving us a code to check in FOUR days before check in. It looks like a beautiful home and would have been perfect for our family BUT lack of communication was awful.
