Historic Cottage in Olde Town BSL - One Block from Beach & Dining

Bay Cottage is an adorable two bedroom, two bath fully renovated, historic cottage located in the heart of "Old Town" Bay St. Louis. The location provides a private setting within a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and the municipal yacht harbor all convenient to downtown. This house includes a private front porch with a seating area and a large dining table to enjoy the Gulf breeze.

The front parlor is a warm & inviting space. There is one large sofa, a comfortable chair, and smart TV. The front parlor opens into the second parlor showcasing a custom kitchen and dining area that seats eight.

Primary Bedroom has a king bed with an attached custom bathroom. Secondary Bedroom sleeps 6 comfortably with two queen beds with custom twin bunks. This bedroom also has an attached custom full bath and closet with washer/dryer.

Bay Cottage has been renovated to preserve and showcase historic details, while enhanced with today’s custom amenities.

ADDITIONAL OFFERING:
6-seater golf cart: Available for an extra daily charge of $150

WE DO NOT allow parties, receptions or weddings, etc. on the premises. A smart doorbell camera is used at the entrance of our property to ensure the security of the outdoor premises from theft, unauthorized access, or damage to the property.

We went for the Witches Walk. This house was perfect for us, group of 5 women, and definitely will be back. House was equipped with everything needed and super cute/clean. Front porch was perfect for morning coffee, reading and relaxing. Safe area and close walking distance to everything.

This was the cutest little house to spend my wedding weekend in! Easy, walkable distance to downtown. Perfect host that was flexible with us in checking in when we arrived in BSL a tad earlier than expected. 5 stars all around! Note: The Ugly Pirate is not open on Sundays so go there before Sunday. Pizza is fabulous!

House was very charming and had everything that you would need for a weekend away from home. Great location to downtown BSL. It definitely had an away from home feel. One important tid bit is that you cannot park on the street. There are no signs indicating this but don't worry a neighbor will be sure to report you. :) Other than having a "Kevin" in the neighborhood everyone, vendors, eating places were extremely pleasant and friendly.

Property was in excellent and beautiful condition! Location was convenient to shopping , restaurants , church and beach. Bay St Louis was wonderful. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously! We rented a golf cart at Bayside and cruised the neighborhoods !

Great visit! We love this home and Bay St. Louis! It was our 2nd stay at the property and we'll absolutely be back. Perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants, spacious and lovely. We especially enjoyed the new grill in the back yard.

Great cottage in town

The house was perfect for my family of 6. The bunk room was perfect for my 4 daughters. The kitchen was plenty of space to cook for my family. We loved being in town within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! The owner had everything to make our stay comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect for our family vacation

The house was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Its location is extremely convenient for the beach and the shops and restaurants of Old Town Bay St Louis. My wife and I are already discussing trying to stay here again next year.

Accommodations were great. Super clean. Best supplied place I’ve ever stayed. Great beds, kitchen & eating area was top notch. Only suggestion would be have some furniture in living room that does not set so low.

Wonderful stay!

The property itself was amazing and I really enjoyed the front porch for my morning coffee. The house was is located in a quiet area of the town but also close enough to the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy Great Location

Great location, very clean, great response. We enjoyed the house and closeness to all shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everything including nightlife. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! Beds were comfy! Would love to see a small pool for the summer months! We will be back!

4th of July getaway

Beautiful renovated and well stocked home. Host was very responsive with questions. Great location to downtown. We enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning. Could use additional hooks in master shower. The hooks on shower wall were too high for our short to average heights. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Location. Location. Location!

My husband and I travel to Bay St. Louis at least twice a year. We have stayed in several homes over the years. This home is decorated as beautifully as any of the others. There was more than enough room for our party of four and had we needed for our stay.

Date weekend success!

My husband and I loved our stay here for a date weekend! The house was beautifully decorated, the furnishings were plush. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch to drink my coffee or have a cocktail in the evenings. Grant was great with communication. The location was great, was a one minute walk from the Ugly Pirate and not far from other places. We did rent a golf cart and that allowed us to explore further out. Our first time to BSL but won’t be our last!
