Josh, thank you very much for staying and for the kind review. Happy to hear you liked the place, especially about the proximity to the pool. That's exactly why we got that condo... 2 kids who like to swim. And apologies for the lack of a DVD player. We had one up there but it stopped working in October and we decided to not replace it since there's cable. Given your feedback, I think not replacing it was a mistake. Hi Von, First off, I am so sorry about the experience you had with the check-in desk with regards to bags. They're usually very accommodating. I suspect this was the result of miscommunication among themselves coupled with it being the busy season. Regardless, there's no justification for them refusing the bags. I sincerely apologize for that. Same goes for the towels. Housekeeping gets the guest count from the reservation desk and is supposed to supply enough towels. I hope you were able to contact guest services for additional towels. Regarding the ski locker noise, the resort usually has mats laid out in the locker room to eliminate this noise. I talked to the head of the HOA this morning and he informed me that they got new mats which came in the wrong size so they're waiting on the replacements. I'm very sorry you had to experience the noise. And regarding condo size, it is a 1bed/1bath which sleeps 6 given the additional beds, and we keep it priced as a 1bed/1bath. But I admit that I have failed in providing instructions on how to arrange things when using the murphy bed and pullout couch. I realize it's too late for you, but I will be adding instructions to the orange binder on how to do this. I know it's hard to believe, but you can arrange the table and all the chairs with both beds out with nothing in the kitchen and nothing obstructing the area in front of the bedroom/entrance/kitchen. Again, this is a complete failure on my part. I hope you give us another chance in the future. If/when you ever do decide to come back to Keystone, please contact me and I'd love to extend a discount to make things right.
