It’s a place where you can create great memories, where you are surrounded by the humblest of belongings that make you smile, decorated with personal touches and sentimental items that ooze your personality and style, where you begin each day, and where you rest your head each night, but most importantly it’s safe. Major attractions like The National Shooting Complex, Lackland AFB, Seaworld, and Fiesta Texas all nearby.

*Please be advised the pool and barbecue area is located in the community.
The space
The First Floor:
• The main entrance to the property is via the front door or garage.
• The living room/main entertainment area. Access the backyard via the sliding doors—the kitchen and dining room area.
There is a coffee pot as well as a kettle.
Fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals while on vacation. The kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, a small ninja blender, and a toaster.

The Second Floor: 4 Bedrooms 2 Full Bathrooms
• The seating area/loft.
• The Master Bedroom Offers 1 King-size bed with a TV, 2 seating chairs, a small coffee table, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, and a closet.
• Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed and a small walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 4: Two Full-size beds, and a small walk-in closet.

• While laundry on vacation is not always ideal, there is a washer and dryer in the property.
Guest access
Check-in time: Any time after 3 PM. If an earlier check-in is desired, please contact me before check-in. If I can accommodate, l will.
Check-out time: 11 AM
Smart lock for easy access. Code will be provided on the day of check-in for easy access to the house.

Parking: 2 spots are available in the driveway as well as street parking.
Other things to note
The key for the pool and barbecue area is located on the welcome hook by the front door.
There will be a $50 charge if the key is lost.
