Very Clean. Parking for 3 cars. Large parking spaces. air conditioning and efficient heating.
Large, well equipped kitchen including spices and oil, utensils, plates and bowls. Along with a coffee maker, Keurig with complimentary coffee, blender, toaster, oven, microwave.
Large tub and shower in bath.

Outdoor: Fire pit, Weber Barbecue, outdoor eating and sitting areas with views of the lake. Large private removable dock with 85 feet of private lake access with access to Canoe/Kayak/paddleboard, bring water shoes due to the rock beach.

It was a nice clean and cozy stay with a good selection of wineries and breweries. Its in a good location not that far of a drive from many popular towns. The heating was nice and easy to use. Our favorite places we visited were The rusty pig and Three brothers winery.

We had the most wonderful, relaxing week! This was exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful, happy getaway! The property was well maintained, and communication with the property manager was quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend staying here for a quiet, peaceful stay with a gorgeous view!

The place was great! Enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught a Bullhead, small mouth, and Rudd) and bopping around local breweries/wineries then coming back to watch the sunset with a glass of something. Host was great and check out was easy.

Comfortable lakeside cottage

We were there for my daughter’s graduation from HWS. Very convenient to the campus but 12 minutes away it was such a peaceful location. Clean, well appointed, and very comfy.

Great place and an awesome view, the host was amazing and very helpful !!! The pictures doesn’t do it justice it has a bigger backyard with a stunning view, I would do some research before attempting to fish in the lake - we weren’t lucky we underestimated the depth of the lake! Other than that I’d do it all over again!

Winter Wine Getaway

This was a Christmas present to my partner for our anniversary. She loves wineries and sunsets. Being on the East Bank of the lake, we were in the right place for Sunsets and the Finger Lakes is a great place for wineries! The property was perfect for our getaway. Even though we didn't bring the kids, we still enjoyed the board games and NFL Blitz Arcade machine. :)Lucas communicated with us very well leading up to our stay, and even offered an early check in since the house was ready early. His responses were very personable and I could tell they weren't just cut and pasted, which I appreciated.The property had everything we needed to rest and relax between our adventures and we would recommend it to others. We would recommend taking Kime Beach to get to the property if there is any recent snow in the area, that side was cleared better than the Edgewood side which is obviously not a reflection on Lucas and an observation of the local area's snow removal upkeep.

We loved staying at Lucas’ place on Seneca Lake. My fiancé and I enjoyed how cozy it was with many blankets available and very accessible & convenient heating/AC to adjust to our needs. It was the perfect getaway for us. We particularly enjoyed: - Private lake access with a reliable staircase that had a couple lights on it - Beautiful views & calm quiet environment - Fire pit with some wood logs available - The shower head pressure was great & bathroom fully stocked - The wine bottle opener was fantastic & super easy to use - Washer/dryer available - Lucas was very easily accessible whenever we had a question or needed something & he gave us great tips in advance of our stay We very much enjoyed our stay, however if we had to suggest anything to improve the experience we would suggest a lamp in the living room for ambient lighting, availability of an axe/hatchet to cut kindling for the fire, and maybe a little note about how to lock the front door (it’s very simple once we learned from Lucas, who was very prompt to help us, but maybe a small note could be helpful). Some staircase lights didn’t turn on for our 2nd & 3rd night and maybe there wasn’t much sunlight for the solar panel, but there was a flashlight available which was helpful! Overall, Lucas’ place was excellent and we definitely recommend! The weather was a bit too windy/stormy to use the water vessels (kayak/canoe) but we loved that they were available for us. Thanks for a great stay!!!
