The bright, stylish dining and kitchen area is designed for comfort and convenience. The dining room features a rustic wood table with seating for six, set under a unique chandelier that adds character to the space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a double oven and island seating, perfect for casual meals or entertaining.

The first two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious king-size beds, creating a spacious retreat for couples. The third bedroom includes two single beds, while the fourth offers a single bed. Each room is tastefully decorated with comfort, featuring hotel-quality linens and ample storage to ensure a restful and convenient stay for all.

The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The villa is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Parties and pets are not permitted on the property.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
