Hermoso, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, condominio familiar en el último piso. Nuestro condominio está frente al mar con una hermosa vista del Atlántico. Disfrute de su café de la mañana viendo el amanecer y escuchando las olas. También puede disfrutar viendo los barcos ir en el canal desde la cubierta del dormitorio principal. Cuando te dirijas a la playa disfruta de nuestro acceso a la playa privada. Cuando esté listo para explorar, estamos a una caminata corta (tops de 1/2 milla) de la caminata de la tabla y de todos los excelentes restaurantes.

Amazing is an understatement!! The condo and the view and the location could not have been more perfect for everything! We truly enjoyed the beach but also the proximity to restaurants and the boardwalk. We will be back for at least 2 visits a year! Thanks for sharing your property!

It was a wonderful short trip. The view was amazing. We enjoyed our trip to the beach and this made it worth coming back. Unobstructed view, beachfront, clean and quiet.

Great location just steps from the beach. The condo is also within walking distance from a variety of restaurants and close to the boardwalk. Enjoyed spending time on the back porch. Had an amazing stay and will be back again.

Perfect Location

The location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to local attractions. The view was phenomenal!The hosts include a lot of extras to make your beach day effortless. Would definitely recommend.

Our family just had a fantastic and memorable vacation on Carolina Beach! All of the condo features and amenities we needed were there, which was especially appreciated since we couldn’t bring much on the plane. Check-in was great—digital front door lock was clear & easy to use. Condo was clean and organized when we arrived. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals during our week. Daily setup of beach umbrella and 2 chairs was invaluable and much needed during our hot, July stay. The beach closet with extra chairs & games and the outdoor shower/hose are added perks and made cleanup quick & easy. Location is also centrally located close to the boardwalk & restaurants. What we most appreciated was the owners hospitality. When we didn’t have any beach towels, they had them delivered right to our door! Everything during our week was wonderful at the condo. We loved Carolina Beach and it is truly a million dollar view with everyday soaking in the amazing ocean views and sounds of the crashing waves. Perfect family beach vacation!

Everything about our stay was just right. The condo was full of amenities. It was super convenient in the area. Having the beach chairs and umbrella put out for us every day was an unexpected surprise that made the stay level up even more!

Nice vacation

Hi Kristi; Thanks for the week at your place. You've been a great host. Beautiful view from the third floor, but the walk up is a factor for me. The stairwell could use some venting if practical. (It gets hot and airless at the top.) The location is close to what's going on: The boardwalk, restaurants and access to the beach are easy. If you have another beachfront property on a lower floor or with an elevator I would be interested. Steve

A+ Location and Property!

I loved this place and would stay again! Communication was great and met or exceeded expectations! I loved the daily umbrella and chairs and cannot recommend enough how exceptional this detail is. The fact that it is within walking distance of the Sea Witch, Nollie’s and Stoked puts it over the top. Yes, there are a few stairs to climb to get to an awesome view at the top, but the fact that there’s wine, ice and filtered water available, plus the fact that there is incredible food and entertainment easy to get to, should make packing easier!

Perfect weekend stay!

My partner and I were able to book this wonderful spot for our anniversary weekend. Kristi was a fantastic host and although we never met her in person, communication with her was flawless. There's parking available for two vehicles, but we just brought one compact SUV and had no problem getting in and out of our spot. As the listing states, this is on the third floor (3 flights of stairs), but it really was not that bad considering we were out for most of the day. The location itself is also amazing. Not too close to the boardwalk so it's nice and quiet with direct access to the beach (with free chairs and an umbrella! This was SO CLUTCH!). But it's also close enough for a quick walk to the mini mart for amazing breakfast sandwiches/burritos and also a quick walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. I can't believe we were able to land this spot in August and can't wait to be back. We miss sitting on the balcony in the mornings and nights enjoying the sounds and sights of the water.

Fantastic property

My family has stayed in this room for the past 3 years. It's very clean, great location, great view, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Highly suggested to stay here if you are planning a CB trip.

Amazing view!

Such a beautiful place in a great location! So close to restaurants and shops. Amazing view! The kids loved our time there. The place is very comfortable and has everything you need- including a closet full of beach accessories! Such a fantastic touch having beach chairs set up for us every day!

Perfect locatiom

Exactly as advertised. Wish there was an elevator for the 3rd floor but would definitely stay again. Owners were super attentive and responded within minutes.

Great time at the beach

Jeff and Kristi have a great property in Carolina Beach. Very comfortable and you cannot beat the view. Very accommodating with our schedule and arrival time. It will definitely be a property we consider for a return trip.
