A tan sólo 4 cuadras de la nueva construcción Carolina Beach Boardwalk Donuts y famosos de Britt, este condominio de nivel superior frente al mar tiene una vista despejada del océano y el muelle Carolina Beach en la distancia. Vistas desde 1ª y 2ª planta condominios no se pueden comparar. Un "hogar lejos del hogar" con una playa cómoda se siente tan pronto como entras por la puerta. Ambos baños han sido completamente renovados con un aspecto moderno. A pocos pasos de la playa, este condominio es ideal para una escapada de fin de semana largo o unas vacaciones en familia. Usted está a sólo minutos del acuario, Fort Fisher, Carolina State Park Beach y un corto viaje a centro histórico de Wilmington. Así que venga relajarse y poner los pies en la arena.

Traiga sus binoculares, ya que nunca se sabe si va a ver a los delfines nadar cerca de la orilla mientras está sentado en la terraza y beber su café de la mañana. Hay un montón de actividades gratuitas para disfrutar durante su estancia durante los meses de verano. A sólo 3 cuadras de distancia, el paseo marítimo de Carolina tiene nada de música en vivo todos los jueves a la playa Bingo de fuegos artificiales. Amazing view and over all a nice place. Great access to the beach with 2 parking spots for cars. No plugs in the garage area so there are no opportunities to rent a golf cart because they cannot be charged. On the downside, Toilets were dirty and there was no extra toilet paper. Also be sure and bring hair dryer as the listing says there is one but we could not find it. Pots and pans are rusty but there were plenty of cups and dishes. Be prepared to get your steps in as there is no elevator and climbing the stairs is a good workout, especially for older people. Overall it was a cool spot and the host is very responsive and very helpful.

A great location to enjoy the quiet beach, yet only a short walk away from the boardwalk and shops. Summer fireworks on Thursday were a fun bonus. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Long Weekend

The condo was comfortable and ideally suited for our family's requirements, which included a lengthy and restful weekend break from our regular hectic lives. The location was extremely inviting and immaculate, and the ocean view was truly exceptional.

We love everything about it!

I can't say enough good things about this property and Mark! We were scheduled to be at the beach during Hurricane Debby. A few days before our trip, I received a message from Mark, asking if we'd like to rescedule our stay. He went above and beyond to help our family vacation happen! The property itself, is so nice. This was our 3rd year staying here, that's how much we love it! It's always very clean and we love that sheets and towels are always supplied for us. Its decorated so nicely with fun, bright, beachy colors. Location is spectacular. We are able to walk down to the boardwalk every night, but its far enough away so you don't hear the noise. I cant recommend this property enough!

Beautiful view

We wanted a great view of the ocean and this definitely delivered on that. Pros: Excellent view of ocean Ocean access Proximity to restaurants and boardwalk Response time of owners with questions Cleanliness of condo Cons: The bed/mattress is in desperate need of replacement. Probably one of the worst beds I have ever slept on to be honest. It creaks very loudly every time you move in the slightest. Only one designated parking space (a problem for us because we have driving age children who brought their own car, so for many families this will not be an issue) There is one ‘community’ spot but the same person left their cat there the whole week. One thing I would mention is the stairs. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the 1st floor so it’s like being on the 4th floor even though it’s 3A. This was not a con for us, but it would be a lot of stairs for some. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here, just bring sleeping pills :)

Probably one of the best beach properties we’ve stayed at with VRBO. The communication, view from the porch, easy parking, easy access to the beach, cleanliness, AC that actually worked and was cool enough…seriously a great condo.

Some of vents rusty. Wouldn’t cost much to replace. Realtor came in condo without a notification or approval from us. One of the owners didn’t seem to know about it. The realtor did show somebody confirmed it. I know it was just miscommunication but should have comped us some money back for it. Also left a day early due to weather. Between this and realtor thing definitely should have got some money back

Nice place to stay at Carolina Beach

My wife and I stayed here several days right after Labor Day. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with a fantastic view of the ocean and beach from the 3rd floor balcony. The host, Mark was courteous and friendly in our dealings and was easy to get hold of. Unfortunately the air conditioning failed on a very hot day, but Mark was responsive and did everything possible to remedy the situation, including putting us up in a nearby hotel at his expense until it was fixed. As I mentioned, it is a 3rd floor unit, so if you have trouble with stairs, it may not be for you. Being on the top floor was a plus for us, with no one above us making noise. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again.

Solid Beachfront Condo

Great location right on the beach. Designated parking spot right off the road with substantial covering—super easy to get in and out of. Located well away from the hotels and motels, so much quieter overall and less congested on the beach. First thing we noticed in the condo proper was how nice it smelled and how clean it was. Coffee maker, spacious balcony facing the ocean, comfy beds. Happy people here! Would stay again.

Great week at the beach!

Our family (2 adults, 2 teens) had a great stay at this property. Mark was very nice, and very quick to respond to any questions. Location is awesome, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes to the boardwalk. We made several simple meals and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the waves, and we even spotted dolphins! (At least we think we did.) :) We’ve been to Carolina Beach several times over the years and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great week at Carolina Beach

The condo was cute and just as listed. Really close to the boardwalk and great beach access. Some people complained about the steps, but we liked the exercise. And being on the top floor was quiet. Thanks for sharing your condo!

All good except balcony

Wonderful place except for the slanted balcony. It slopes so much that you need to be careful getting into/out of the barstool chairs.

Family Getaway

From booking to checkout everything was perfect. Condo was cute and clean with an amazing view from the deck for morning coffee. Easy walk to boardwalk and restaurants. FYI, all parking around boardwalk is pay to park $5 an hour, I recommend walking. Unfortunately, we had 2 days of rain, drove up to Wilmington one day and did the Aquarium the second. Loved both! We would definitely stay here again if we venture back to Carolina Beach. I looked at lots of condos , picked a gem. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home away from home

Great views and location

Everything was great The only downside was the stairs 4 flights Loading and unloading ….ugh …bad knees And just a side note I was caught off guard having to make the beds …never have I had to do that with any vacation rental … Overall great place !!

Great get-away

Pleasently surprised. Place is exactly how it's pictured. Great location. No elevator building and on the top floor but what a way to get your steps in. Lol Hope to stay again in the near future

Very Nice Condo

We really enjoyed staying at this Condo. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and deck chairs. The views are amazing. We really enjoyed having access to a washer and dryer. We really appreciated the clean sheets and clean and newer towels. We really appreciated the very quick responses - especially with the thermostat request. Crazy that it was so cold! One thing that we would recommend improving on is the very noisy beds. The box springs on the beds were so noisy that when you roll over in the bed it wakes you up. Not sure if the box springs are just old and worn out or if they are rubbing on the metal frame. The King and twins were all very noisy beds. It is a very nice condo! Thank you.

The one thing we just love is being on the top floor with full unobstructed views of the ocean and Carolina Beach pier in the distance. The deck is like another room; you can sit outside and catch some sunshine without having to go to the beach. What a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee too.
