Fantastic stay!

  • 5 of 5

As others have mentioned, Brad and Erin are pleasant and accommodating. The Remington was a great cabin for our 2 children (ages 13 and 11) and my husband and me. It is more spacious than it appears in the pictures and we had plenty of room to spread out. The queen bed was comfortable and the bunk bed worked well for my kids--it was sturdy and didn't squeak when someone turned over on it. The table has 4 stools which fit under it when not being used (I was unclear about table seating accommodations when I looked at the pictures). The bathroom is wonderful--good lighting, lots of countertop space and storage space. The Remington was a good base from which to conduct our sightseeing in Yellowstone and Cody, and the Wapiti area is beautiful and worth exploring, as well. It sits at the top of Brad and Erin's property overlooking their lodge, house, and other cabins. The view is great and it is quiet and private.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

The Remington was a great choice for spending time in Cody and visiting Yellowstone. Both Brad and Erin were very accommodating when we had issues (needed a pitcher for tea and gas tank ran out while showering so not hot water!) and the cabin was very quiet. The view was awesome. Our 13 year old grandson was with us and we had no problems at all with the 3 of us sharing one bath. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Cozy cabin with breathtaking views (stayed from Sep 6 to 13)

  • 5 of 5

To visit with Yellowstone National Park was the objective of our vacation. However, we enjoyed the cabin the most out of our vacation. The park had many things to see, yet it was very touristy. Tourists including us were paparazzi and wild animals, particularly bears, were celebrities. Tourists with their huge cameras swarm to the spot of wildlife sight. Park rangers as well rush to the site to control the traffic. At the end of busy touring day the cabin was comforting. We liked the cabin very much so we even stayed in the cabin for whole day and did nothing but relax and enjoyed what the cabin offered. The cabin was spacious for two people and one Boston terrier, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we need. Erin, the owner, was always there to help, but gave us plenty privacy. We bought Bison and Elk meats from Brad's meat shop/restaurant and cooked them up at the cabin. They were delicious! Erin, thank you for everything. We truly loved our stay!

Better Than Expected

  • 4 of 5

My family was pleasantly surprised upon entering the Remington Cabin. The interior was better than they expected. We spoke briefly with Brett and Erin, unpacked and immediately started steaks on the grill as we sat outside and enjoyed the cooler temps (we're from Texas and left triple digit temps). We sat around a campfire for a bit after supper. I will say there were not adequate toiletries, but couldn't remember if toiletries were included. I didn't take any, so that was inconvenient, but we survived. The cabin was clean, the owners were friendly and we'd definitely stay again!

Awesome views

  • 5 of 5

Great location and really cool cabins..We stayed in the Remington and the Steward, just how it worked out in order to beable to stay five consecutive nights. The views are incredible and the price was great considering what you have to pay for a hotel anywhere around Yellowstone and both cabins we stayed in were updated and very nice...I asked Erin for new towels after a couple days and when we returned from our day in the park it was taken care of..I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here and we also hope to again one day..thanks again Erin and Brad

LOVED OUR VISIT!

  • 5 of 5

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying in your cabins. The cabins were beautiful and our view of the mountains were incredible. We genuinely appreciate your hospitality and your willingness to help in any way that you could to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We felt incredibly lucky to be so close to the East Entrance of Yellowstone...it made traveling to the park very easy and convenient. If we ever make our way to Yellowstone again, there is no doubt in our mind that we will stay at your location and suggest your place to anyone we know traveling to the area. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

Your Illinois / Oregon Friends :)
