Enjoy the perfect getaway on a brand new cabin on a 18 acre ranch. Enjoy 360 views from inside the cabin of the Absaroka Mountains surrounding the property. Located in the beautiful town of Wapiti, Wy. Drive down the most scenic 52 miles in America as you reach the East Entrance of Yellowstone which is only 32 miles from the home. A perfect destination for hunters, hikers, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing/ zip lining. You can bring your own horse for 50 a night which includes water and hay.Welcome to our beautiful ranch. We have chickens, horses, farm dogs for our guests to enjoy. We welcome all our guest with farm fresh eggs.

This new Cabin has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is an open concept kitchen, living, dining room area. It comfortability sleeps 8.

The space

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom. The shower is accessible and has a sitting are if needed.

The second bedroom has two queen beds with stunning views of the Mountains leading to the back patio.

There are two patios. One facing the west and the other one faces the east.

The fenced in patio in the back of the home has plenty of room for guests and their pets to take in the picturesque mountains. At night guest can enjoy the beautiful night sky and get a glimpse of the milky way.

The patio also includes a gas grill ready for entertainment.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, and electric stove. The pantry has all basic utensils and pots and pans for guest to cook while they enjoy theirs stay. There is also plenty of space for storing any pantry items.

The living room has a 45 inch tv and has dish for guests to enjoy programs after their long day of hiking.

The home also come with a stacked washer/dryer combo so laundry will not be a problem.

We welcome all guests to bring their horses as we offer a separate pen adjective to the home for an additional $50.00 per horse/per night. The fee covers hay and water.

Ray and Colleen were great. Nice clean , quaint cabin. Good location between Cody and East entrance of Yellowstone. We will definitely book again if we return to the area.

Absolutely loved this property!! Beautiful, extremely clean cabin in a breathtaking setting! Owner was very kind and gave us great tips. Even saw a grizzly with his suggested spot to check! Only regret was that we didn't take advantage of Ray's horseback rides. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing! Cabin was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked!Great home base for visting Yellowstone and Grand Teton. 30 minutes outside of Yellowstone east gate. Ray was so friendly...we enjoyed sharing stories our home towns. Loved visiting the horses! Edge the chocolate lab was so cool! Wish we couldve spent more time at the cabin! This place made childhood my dream vacation so pleasant!

We absolutely loved staying at this property with our family! We were close to Cody and Yellowstone. The property was perfect..beautiful setting and had everything that we needed. Ray was awesome and he offered a 2 hour horseback trail ride that lucky worked out we could do… it was one of the highlights of our trip out west!

This home was perfect for all of our needs! The location was great for accessing Yellowstone and the views were beautiful!! We enjoyed petting the horses on the property and walking the trail Ray had just created. We did not want to leave. Ray was responsive to questions and accessible if we were to need anything. The home was very comfortable.

Great stay all the way around.

We had a great stay at this property. It has everything you need and then some. Host Ray and his wife were very pleasant to deal with. They gave us a couple dozen eggs and Ray took one of the ladies on a horseback ride. House is close to east entrance of Yellowstone and only 20 minutes from Cody. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Wonderful!

I am so happy that we found this place for our "home base" while visiting Yellowstone for several days. I'm not sure that I have anything new or different to say from all of the other positive reviews. I echo what so many others have said about this place. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Yellowstone and you are not planning to stay within the park, look no further! You will not be disappointed! A true gem for sure, with wonderful hosts!

Western Oasis with a great view

We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this location. We enjoyed the solitude and nature surrounded by exceptional views. The Wapiti lodge is a short walk away with a restaurant and bar and you are A short drive to Cody and the east entrance of Yellowstone. Ray was a great host and the house was very clean, comfy, and cozy. If you are looking for a great location away from all the tourists but close to everything than I would highly recommend this listing.

Fabulous Ranch Retreat

The property is situated about 1/2 way between Yellowstone and Cody WY. The views from the ranch are spectacular and the "cabin" is a spacious, well-appointed home. Ray Nash is a fabulous host, providing everything necessary for a great stay with a gracious and warm personality to boot! The ranch has chickens, turkey some beautiful horses and a sweet mule named Bamba. I cant recommend more highly!

Amazing Rental

Amazing views, we loved spending our evenings relaxing on the patio. Ray was a brilliant host - friendly and helpful. The photos on Vrbo do not do this place justice! It is so much better in real life! This is the best accommodation that we stayed in on our trip in America!

Wish we stayed longer!

What a wonderful property with all the amenities and more than we could have asked for. It’s a little slice of heaven in Wapiti. We used this Vrbo as a base camp for Yellowstone and our kids wanted to leave YS and come back early to stay here. The horses, dog, chickens and rabbits were all friendly. Ray was kind to our children and entertained their multiple requests to pet the animals. The house had all the amenities you would typically have in your own personal home. Washer and dryer was a plus too! We will be back here when we are in the area!

5 stars aren’t enough!

5+++ This lovely home actually rates higher than 10 stars. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully furnished, it provided a perfect place for our family visit to the North parts of Yellowstone National Park and Cody WY. There were lovely views from the common rooms and bedrooms. The night sky viewing was spectacular. The well designed kitchen was fully stocked with staples and utensils. farm fresh eggs were a thoughtful and much appreciated surprise. The full sized washer and dryer were high end models that perfectly met our needs. Two bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. WiFi strength enabled us to download maps and related travel information. We left reluctantly after a perfect stay!

Cozy, clean cabin with beautiful views

This place is a hidden gem! The place was very clean, comfortable for our family of 5 and had all the little extras…coffee, tea, spices, and more. The hosts are great. They were super friendly and talkative as well as very quick if we needed anything. House was conveniently located between Cody and Yellowstone. We loved it and would definitely stay again!
