Located in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, this home provides guests privacy on one of the quietest beach communities on the island. This historical beach neighborhood is the place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and its white sands. Only a 10 minute drive to restaurants, bars and night life.

Just a 3 minute walk to the beach, this magnificent 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom beach house truly offers all the comforts of home and then some. The open floor plan, with ceramic tile floors throughout, includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large bar height granite counter top that seats 5 for dining, a large open living room and dining area seating 4 is adjacent to the kitchen and outdoor living space. The property is pet friendly and pets are allowed on the beach.
The house offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery on a large veranda with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The veranda offers a roomy sitting area for outdoor entertaining with family and friends or for just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Outdoor dining areas seats 6 and features an outdoor grill.
Our luxury unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a pillow-top mattress, a 40" HDTV that you can enjoy watching as you are having breakfast in bed, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow-top mattress. The third bedroom has two twin XL beds. The second and third bedrooms are adjacent to a full bath. There is a separate sitting area with a sofa that converts to a comfortable queen size bed. The area has a full bath that includes a large walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer.
The home is equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The home has Comcast Cable, free Wi-Fi for guests, a 55" HDTV and a soundbar. The soundbar is compatible for use with I-pad or I-phone.
From the beach, you are a short walk or bike ride to the Omni Spa and Shop, the world-renowned Ritz Carlton and within minutes from several golf courses. Take a short drive and enjoy historical downtown Fernandina. There is plenty of natural beauty to enjoy, as well. Hike the canopied trails of Fort Clinch, explore the marsh ecosystem and Big and Little Talbot Island or paddle the creeks in a kayak.
