Reunion Disney Villa upholds the exceptional standards you have come to expect from Reed Investment Properties. This villa, featuring 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, is situated within the gated resort community of Reunion. Thoughtfully designed with your needs in mind, Reunion Disney Villa offers all the essentials for your stay. Like all properties managed by Reed Investment Properties, this villa boasts its own private pool. Please note that pets are not permitted on the premises.

Reunion Disney Villa accommodates up to 8 guests. This expansive home spans an impressive 3,400 square feet across three levels and two separate structures. It comes fully furnished for your convenience. The spacious eat-in kitchen, which is connected to the family room, is equipped with all necessary appliances to prepare meals in your home away from home, and it also features a formal dining area. The master suite, located on the first floor, is furnished with a king-sized bed and includes elegantly designed furniture, a large walk-in closet, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi garden tub. On the third floor, you will find two additional bedrooms: one master bedroom with a king bed and a children's room with bunk beds that include one twin bed and one full bed. Adjacent to the pool, above the garage, is a mother-in-law suite that features two queen-sized beds, an extra living room, a wet bar, and a full bathroom.

Additionally, the first floor features a game room equipped with a billiards table and a wet bar that opens directly to the pool area.

Everything i expected it to be!

We had the chance to stay at Pat's home recently, and from the reservation to the on site management it was all i had expected and made for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. i am already checking on future dates that we can stay at this beautiful home! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who is interested in renting it.

This Vacation was one of the best!!!!

The house was immaculate, pictures definitely don’t do it just. The maintenance team was great they responded fast with resolutions to any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back to stay again at this vacation rental. Me and my family didn’t want to leave.

Amazing vacation home

We have traveled and stayed in vacation properties in the Orlando area several times.  This was by far the nicest, cleanest, largest and most beautiful home by far we have stayed in.  We will never stay anywhere different when we visit Orlando in the future.  The home was immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view of the golf course.  We absolutely loved our time and hated leaving.  Thank you for such an amazing experience.

LOVED IT!

We LOVED this property! The home was rented with another couple when we were in the Orlando area for our girls' national cheer competition at ESPN. The home is in a very nice gated community, with excellent access to recreation and disney parks. We walked to get a cup of coffee in the mornings at DD, had close proximity to the grocery store to have meals at the house, and were able to enjoy the hot tub and patio in between our time at ESPN. Admittedly a bed and pillow snobs, we found the master bed/pillows to be very comfortable. The guest before us identified that the dryer wasn't working properly - Brett called and asked if it was OK to service it. He did and we were able to travel home with suitcases full of clean laundry. He also told us about golf clubs which could be used and made sure we were comfortable in the house. Obviously from the photos, the house is 3 stories, so you will be taking some stairs. This was totally OK with us - though if a person had some mobility issues, it may be a bit of a challenge. The additional space over the garage was very nice and sadly it went unused! We look forward to staying at this home again.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this property. The home is absolutely immaculate. Looks exactly like the listing photos. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly. Michael and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Nice place, disappointing

Great contact in the beginning. We spend over $3,000 on a rental you expect to have a specific level of service as the Ritz would have been the same price for our trip to Disney. We show up, the pool was dirty and not clear. They said it was because the last guest didn’t inform them….my thoughts they should know after the people to look. After 2 days into our trip it was great no issues, heat on spa and pool were all over the place but corrects by day 3. The manager stop responding to me in email only dealt with house maintenance guy. He was nice and helpful. Few bedrooms were dirty with hair, receipts and bottle caps and hair in showers and tubs.

Was wonderful. Very comfortable and clean. There were a few things that needed to be addressed but they were taken care of quickly with the property manager. No trouble at all and it didn’t interfere with our plans. Was better than we could have hoped for. Highly recommend.

This is a great property with great amenities for moderate sized families or large groups.

Great property with wonderful amenities. This is the second time my family has rented the property. We’ve been thoroughly happy. The only issue is that the cable could be better in the rooms other than the main living area.

The house is great, nice decorations and a great big kitchen living area. The pool could have been cleaner and the spa never heated as it should have. WiFi could have been better as the speed and the signal strength was lacking. In general a pretty great house to stay in.

Beautiful!!

Our family absolutely loved this house! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is a very clean, well stocked home with a beautiful view of the golf course. They have a great starter pack of things you may need and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the pool! We usually rent from homeowners directly and we were a little nervous dealing with a management company but from the beginning the staff was friendly, helpful and answered any question we had quickly. We absolutely recommend this house.

Great Place to Stay with your Family and Friends

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. We will definitely stay here again. I would have given this 5 stars if we did not lose our cable TV on Saturday night. Brett came over and hooked up his Apple TV so we could watch football on Sunday. My interaction with both Brett and Jordan were very good. If I had any questions, I would text them and they would immediately respond. Everything was great except for the weather, it was a little cool for Florida.. Beds were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had all the items we needed to cook in the gourmet kitchen. The pool table was also really a nice touch, we played it all night on Saturday when we lost cable. Definitely a Keeper !

A beautiful property set in a stunning resort.

We travelled with 8 adults and found the accommodation more than adequate and appointed to a high standard. The house was well furnished and supplied with all essential holiday requirements. When we asked whether sun loungers were available, these were purchased and delivered the same day. Any teething problems we had were resolved pretty much immediately over the phone and if not while we were out on the same day. The service provided was exemplary. The report itself is stunning, the communal pool / bar was relaxing and had everything we needed on the couple of occasions we used it. The Italian restaurant in the resort hotel had super food and service on the one night we did not want to venture out. If you play golf and visit at the right time of year, there are probably few better locations. It is always easy to find the odd fault at any holiday property, but we had a great time and the property managers were superb and we would visit again.

PALMER Course! EVEN BETTER! What a House...

3 Stories of beautiful home is how I sum this place up....Beautiful decks facing hole 3 of the Palmer course. There is no better way to wake up other than teeing off on hole 3. Gorgeous furnishings and golf art throughout! Love the keg fridge and pool table!

Absolutely Gorgeous!

Stayed at this property for a week. From the high ceilings to the game room and bar area to the high end furnishings this house is something to truly enjoy and must be seen to be believed. The pool and spa are so relaxing after a day at the parks or shopping and the view overlooking the golf course as the sun comes up in the morning provides a great start to the day.

Atlanta family down for a week.

My wife an I have been taking our kids to Orlando for years now. We have stayed in multiple different rental homes in Kissimmee. We chose this home for our last visit and loved the whole experience. Easy people to work with and very quick to respond with answers to all the questions we asked. Disney park is really close and you can see the Disney fireworks show everynite from the back belcony, great touch when you have kids. Golf chipping green in the backyard as it sits right on a golf hole. We found a Zip Line course 10 mins away which was great. Publix grocery store within walking distance. You wont be disappointed with this home, high end in every way. We will be back soon.

Beautiful property
