5. Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for several cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
6. Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7. Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.
8. Please lock all doors and windows
9. We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10. No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11. Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12. Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13. Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14. An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15. Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
16. The indoor pool is open year-round. The pool is kept at 75 degrees. If you would like the pool temperature turned up, the cost is $25 per degree per day. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to check-in so that we can be sure the temperature is set for you. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool remains in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so.
17. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.
18. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
19. You will be charged an additional $500 for neighbor complaints.
20. You will be charged an additional $500 if security is dispatched to the property.
21. You will be charged an additional $1,000 if the police is called to the property and
you will likely have to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
22. You will be charged a penalty of $500 plus $60/person for everyone on the property
that was not included on your reservation count to be on the property.
23. Guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to check in. Check in instructions will not be sent if the rental agreement is not signed.
