It has many wonderful accommodations such as a community swimming pool access, a gas grill, deck furniture, and a tub with Jacuzzi jets, TV/VCR/DVD, washer/dryer and an outdoor shower. A New Beginning sleeps 8 adults and has a breathtaking view of the gulf. This property is pet friendly so you don't have to leave anyone behind.
Floor plan: 1st Level-Bedroom 1-queen bed with TV and full bath; washer/dryer, Bedroom 2-gulf front bedroom with king bed, covered deck, TV and full bath. 2nd Level-kitchen, dining, living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and gulf front balcony with beach access. 3rd Level-Bedroom 3-gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, roof-top balcony and full bath with Jacuzzi tub. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! Good Accommodations on great Beach

Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few snafus - the AC was amazing, the showers were satisfactory, and the Beach was fabulous as always. Will definitely return.

Reasonably priced and great location

We loved having a boardwalk directly to the beach and a community pool to enjoy. The house had some wear to it, broken blinds, the outside hose had been cut by yard maintenance, and the spiral staircase wobbles a bit, but overall it was a great experience.

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

We stayed during the second week of September so we were basically the only one's there! We had the entire beach to ourselves. Our two pups had a great time playing in the sand. The house was spotless and furniture was actually upgraded from the pictures, pleasant surprise. We had one minor issue which was handled within a few hours of calling. Only 10 minutes from town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Good stay!

The house is an awesome size with plenty of space for my family of four and my in-laws. The walk to the beach was easy and the beaches were not crowded at all. My only complaint-the cookware, coffee pot, and kitchen tools were outdated and not working well. The condo could use some living room furniture updates. We still had a great time!

Even though I know it’s a pet friendly condo the cleanness of this particular unit was not good. There was also something leaving in the attic, constantly making noise and an excessive amount of insects in the upstairs master bathroom.

Just what we needed

This place was amazing! To have the pool right there when you get back from the beach was perfect. Especially with the kiddos. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable. Only thing I would say is outdoor furniture probably needs to be updated. We had a blast!

Great location, but a number of annoying maintenance issues prevented an enjoyable stay. Broken blinds on all floors, broken kitchen chair, light bulbs needed to be replaced throughout, microwave needed to be replaced, etc.

Stairs Squared, Needs love but close to beach

I did not realize that the property had SO many stairs! You have to go up 3 flights to get to the master, and with an older dog, he was scared to death of the slick wooden steps so we had to stay in the regular guest rooms and give my daughter the master with the large bathroom. There are not many restaurants close, so we did lots of cooking. Kitchen is not very equipped, no large skillet, can opener didn't work, toaster didn't work (although they quickly brought us one that did) and no cutting board. You can definitely tell this is not someone's personal home as it is very sparsely equipped and decorated. Shower on main level is really bad, didn't drain so your standing in your dirty water-ew. The neighbors are literally 10 feet away and with screaming kids the entire time. I will say the check-in was very easy, bikes we rented were fun, and the property is really close to the beach. No hot tub. Multiple decks were nice, but so many stairs, I would probably not rent again. It really just needs some more personal touches and better items in the kitchen.

Great family spot.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. This place is older but VERY clean and has been updated a little so it’s very comfortable. I would stay again!!
