B4 Sunset es una hermosa unidad de 3 dormitorios sin PET en el desarrollo privado de SeaCliffs en el extremo norte del Cabo. Al lado de la entrada a St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, está hecho a medida para personas que buscan una experiencia de vacaciones relajantes y de calidad de resort.

Esta casa adosada de 3 dormitorios y 2 3/4 baños ofrece vistas sin obstáculos del hermoso Golfo de México desde cada una de las tres cubiertas de azulejos. Estamos reconstruyendo a partir del huracán Michael, por lo que B4 será prácticamente nuevo a partir de 2020.

El primer piso cuenta con una gran sala de estar, con un sofá cama doble, una gran cocina, un bar con capacidad para 3 y un comedor con capacidad para 6. El primer piso también tiene medio baño y una GRAN terraza de azulejos con vista al océano, con una nueva mesa con altura de balcón y 4 sillas para disfrutar de ese café de la mañana o un cóctel por la noche.

El segundo piso incluye dos amplios dormitorios. La habitación Starfish está en el lado de la playa, y cuenta con una cama doble, un gran armario y su propia terraza de azulejos con vista a la playa. Se conecta a un baño de gato y jill que cuenta con una bañera / ducha completa Y una ducha de pie. El baño se conecta a The Blue Room, que tiene otra cama queen size y un gran armario.

El dormitorio principal está en el tercer piso, con mucho espacio en el piso, una cama king-size, una cubierta de azulejos extragrande con asientos recién comprados para dos y un vestidor de gran tamaño. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos y una bañera / ducha completa. Hemos agregado una nueva unidad silenciosa de aire acondicionado que da servicio al dormitorio principal y lo mantiene agradable y fresco.

La planta baja cuenta con una cochera cubierta para dos autos, una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora y acceso directo al paseo marítimo de la playa. También tenemos una ducha exterior de agua fría y caliente para su uso. Genial sacar la arena antes de entrar.

SeaCliffs Community no es uno de esos desarrollos sobredimensionados y sobrepoblados. Tiene una gran piscina que rara vez está llena de gente, y sus playas le brindan mucho espacio para relajarse y disfrutar de su privacidad. También hay un área de juegos para niños.

Loved staying here for our week at CSB! Very quiet and friendly area. The place was much bigger than I was expecting. Beach was a very short walk away and the pool was never crowded. The view from the balconies was perfect to watch the sunset every evening. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions before we arrived and gave us good food recommendations. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Trip included my daughter and her family, my husband and me. We always look at reviews before booking any trips. The positive reviews about the property and the owners were very accurate. The home is lovely and we had plenty of room for all 7 of us. The owner was very attentive and quickly took care of a couple of issues we had. We HIGHLY recommend B4Sunset and look forward to going back again next year.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We come to CSB every year for Spring Break, and we were glad to find the rental that finally had it "all" for us - literally on the beach, great views, comforts of home, and space for us and our teen (and friend). This place was very updated and was immaculate. We spent nearly all of our time on the beach, but it was so nice to have a comfortable and well-appointed space to reconnect in the evenings. The beds were so comfortable and we all rested well! Thanks for a great stay.

Clean, but very warm while sleeping

The place was clean! I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and I was impressed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The thermostats had labels above them saying to not drop below 70 degrees, and the master on the top floor to not drop below 72 degrees. It says if you do drop the thermostat and the AC freezes up, you are responsible for the maintenance. I can’t sleep warm and so I didn’t sleep much. The added cooling unit in the master stopped working within days of us getting there and we were told wouldn’t be fixed for the remainder of the stay. We were excited about the outdoor shower with warm water however the pipe was rusted out and it didn’t work. The views from the master bedroom were really nice. The view of the ocean from the main level is impeded by a sand dune. The cameras on the deck were a little different. The owner says they are to watch the ocean. Communication with the owner about our issues while there was timely.

Spring Break Chill

We had a very cool and relaxing spring break vacation! The daily temperature was lower than forecasted and very windy some days. Great location with fabulous sunset views! Be 4 Sunset was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We also were grateful for the backup blankets on the cooler nights. However, the cleaning service forgot dish rag, dish towel & hand towel on the first floor. Extra trash bags would have been appreciated. Thank you for the hospitality!

Sunset B4 Wonderful!

We enjoyed our time at Sunset B4. Situated at the end of the Cape, next to the state park, we believe this is the best location on the Cape. Cape San Blas beaches are never crowded, but it’s even more secluded feeling on this end. We enjoyed giving the kids some independence like riding their bikes to St Joes state park to explore or up to the Trading Post for fresh donuts.The ocean views are amazing. The kids never wanted to leave the beach. We enjoyed watching them play at the beach while enjoying our morning coffee from the third floor balcony. There’s also a nice pool and playground area for the rare times when weren’t building sand castles.The house was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The hosts were great to communicate with. This will be our family’s go to place to stay on the Cape.

Great Stay!

This property was very clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed the water-front view and the quick access to the beach. The owner was quick to communicate and help us develop a plan when inclement weather became an issue. We have already booked another stay!

Beachfront Bliss on Cape San Blas

This house is part of Sea Cliffs and takes a front seat to the beach. There are no barriers between you and the white sand and the Gulf and incredible sunsets! There were seven of us in our family, six adults and one 2 year old and we co-existed well. We rented two baby gates to keep our granddaughter safe and they fit well at the bottom of steps and at entrance of upper bedroom. Check in was a breeze and the owner was quick to respond to questions. The house was nicely decorated and had newer flooring. The ice machine would freeze up at times but we had bagged ice also so no big deal. The pool water was warm and just steps away from the house. The house also had a great shower underneath and a hose to clean off the sand. The beach chairs were too worn to use so be sure to bring your own. This unit has laundry underneath with a separate entrance by the driveway. Overall this house was well cared for and comfortable to stay a while, but the proximity to the pool and a front seat to the beach made it a true winner! Thank you B-4 Sunset!

Our 2nd year at the Cape was every bit as rewarding was our 1st. The property was just as advertised, with everything we needed included (including screens in windows to allow the Gulf breezes in, while keeping insects out). Our host was very responsive and helpful answering the few questions we had.

Spring Break 2024

Family of 5 stayed in middle of March. 3 kids and 2 adults stayed comfortably and plenty of space. Location was amazing, steps to the beach. The quietness and endless beach time was perfect, wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was as expected and no issues for our stay, would definitely come back.

Enjoyable Stay on the Cape

Nice location in a quiet gated community with great views and access to the beach. We had an issue with the water heater the first night of our stay. David was very responsive and had the it resolved the next day. We loved the location - so close to the state park! The beach in this area is expansive and quiet. We always love our time on the cape!

Beautiful beach & comfy condo

Fantastic location on the beach with surf sounds through the screen door if desired. Clean and comfortable living space in nice community. Currently construction on adjacent building but workers are reasonably courteous with noise, parking and traffic. Be aware: no kitchen staples or laundry supplies on site.

A great place to relax

The rental was great. We had plenty of room for 5 people. The beach was right there and the view from all three balconies was incredible. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to vacation away from the bustle of tourist traps, this is the place to book.

We are native Atlantans who have been coming down to Florida's Forgotten Coast for twenty years. After dreaming of owning our own place, we took the plunge in 2013, remodeled the unit and christened it 'B4 Sunset.' Now we have created a place that is warm, welcoming and feels like a place that we'd want to visit rather than just a 'rental' unit.

We love this place because we always wanted to vacation where we weren't piled on top of other families on the beach, and where we didn't have to fight people 'cruising' the main strip. We didn't want high-rise condos down the beach, or parasailers and jet skiers all day long. We didn't want planes flying by the beach advertising two-for-one drink specials. WHAT WE DID WANT was an un-commercial, private and amazing beach home. We wanted to be able to sit and watch the amazing sunsets, and kayak with dolphins that cruise up and down the beach. We wanted to be able to go Scalloping, to snorkel and see marine wildlife up close and personal, and to take walks on the beach where you pass a handful of people, not an army. We found it, and you're about to as well!

Maybe its the romantic end to a great day. No matter what, it's that moment when you grab your camera to capture it because you know there won't be another one like it tomorrow. At B4 Sunset, that describes almost every night. You can't drag yourself away, until the sun drops...and you head to the beach for a bonfire and s'mores and build another set of memories.
