This is a wonderful stay with perfect waterfront location. Be aware that the driveway is deep sand and a small car may have a hard time parking, wasn't an issue in a truck.

It was a perfect cottage for the three of us. I think more adults would feel too crowded. The parking on the sand made it a 4 star, I didn't realize how deep it was/not packed down. Difficult for my elderly parents.

Incredible location. The front room with a king sized bed looks out on the beach and it’s so lovely falling asleep to the sound of waves.

Excellent Vacation

My wife and I had an amazing vacation. Property was as described. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. Would recommend and we would stay here again if we visit the Outer Banks.

Vintage charm

Wonderful little house right on the water. Could not be closer to the beach. We had a great time and loved the comfy space. Great communication with the owner.

Better than expected

Super host who provide all information needed right on time, super accessible during all the stay. This beach house was perfect for our family, beds are comfortable and the house is clean and well equiped.

WOOOOOW!!!

We absolutely loved this place. It is the closest cottage to the water along the entire stretch of Nags Head. It was comfortable, clean, RIGHT on the water, and the hosts were awesome in helping us and answering a few questions. Would HIGHLY recommend this!

Wonderful getaway!

You can’t beat the location and the cottage overall is adorable. We woke up every morning and sat on the deck that overlooked the ocean and were in heaven. There are several things that need to be updated / fixed (bunk bed guard rail was missing, rickety kitchen table, etc.) but otherwise, it was a great stay that we’d definitely recommend.

Location

Location is nice, right on the beach. However you do have public beach access and so people walking right by your windows. Also, the parking is really bad, lots of sand, so if you have a smaller car you will most likely get stuck. There wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags and the air conditioning doesn’t work that well so it was hot sleeping.

Beautiful view and convenient access to the beach. I loved that the house had beach supplies for us to use (chairs, umbrella, toys, kite). Parking in the sand was tricky. You definitely need 4 wheel drive. I almost got stuck a couple of times.

The location is amazing. However, the living space is extremely tiny. I would not recommend this to more than four people. The cushions on the couches were stained and really dirty. When we arrived, housekeeping, left someone else’s dirty towels on the porch, they were there for days, even though I called.

The place was clean and towels and blankets were too. Beds were super comfortable and the space was nice! Loved being right on the beach which made things super easy.
