Nuestra casa es la escapada perfecta para familias o parejas que buscan relajarse en la hermosa isla de Aruba. Ubicado en uno de los mejores vecindarios con seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, tendrás acceso a una casa club de nueva construcción que cuenta con un restaurante fenomenal, varias piscinas comunitarias, canchas de tenis y un gran gimnasio. La casa en sí está a solo minutos de la playa, donde puedes pasar horas bajo el sol o debajo de las cabañas. Tome un paseo de 5 minutos y estará en el centro de la ciudad disfrutando de docenas de restaurantes, hoteles y vida nocturna. Para los amantes del golf y el spa, el campo y spa Tierra del Sol está justo al otro lado de la calle.

Nuestra casa está impecablemente limpia, gracias a nuestro servicio de conserjería y un equipo de limpieza.

Te sentirás muy cómodo en nuestros 2 dormitorios / 2. Casa de 5 baños que tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesita para sus vacaciones. Duerma en nuestra cómoda cama king en el dormitorio principal o en una reina en el segundo dormitorio. Si tiene una familia más grande, nuestra casa también tiene un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Como complemento, también hay una cuna portátil.

La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas, sartenes y utensilios que puede usar para preparar comidas fabulosas dentro o en la barbacoa en el patio trasero.

La sala de estar es muy acogedora, con espacio más que suficiente para que todos puedan descansar en el sofá (que es un sofá cama) después de un largo día en la playa.

Lovely villa with great amenities

We were pleased with the accommodation with its amenities and the community. It was as described and a good value. We felt safe and had access to our helpful concierge for our questions regarding the island or villa. Very pleased with our vacation overall.

Amazing service in a nice location

This property was as described and very clean. All you need is provided : air conditionner, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chair & umbrella, access to the clubhouse, pools, gym, tennis.... The location is quiet and the outdoor terrace with the gas grill is very usefull. Bring your food, your drink and enjoy, even the freezer has automatic ice for your beverage ! The local manager of the property is available and can help for anything before or during your stay. I would return.

We LOVED Aruba!

We loved staying here. Roman texted us before, during and after our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house is beautiful and very clean. Most days we drive to Eagle Beach. Rooms have individual air conditioners. The hall bathroom had no AC so it did get hit in there. The only time we turned on the AC was at night when we were sleeping. We had a WONDERFUL time!

A great spot ..family of 5

Our family had a nice 6 night stay. Gold Coast is a lovely condo complex. It was a nice blend of being away for the crowds but had a lovely clubhouse, gym and pool area on the complex. Although 2 bedrooms, we created a ‘room’ for our 3rd child in a nook off the living room with the pull out mattress and she was quite happy there. The patio was great for morning cofffe and an evening cocktail before heading out for dinner. Christian the concierge was prompt and informative as were Roman and Maria. The townhouse was very clean - alway a plus! The location is just 5-7 minute drive to the high rise area. Parking was relatively easy throughout the island

Fabulous Vacation!

We stayed in this beautiful town house for three weeks. We fell in love with the island of Aruba and are so glad we chose this property as our “home away from home”! The townhouse is in a wonderful gated community that has a fitness center and even a restaurant! There are tennis courts and three swimming pools! The location was perfect for us as we did not want to stay at a hotel/resort, but since I am a walker, I was able to walk along the beach every day to the resort area. The Tierra Del Sol golf course is across the street and it is beautiful. My husband enjoyed playing golf there. We did everything we could do while on the island and what sights to see!! I even went Skydiving which I would highly recommend! This unit had everything we could ask for and we loved sitting on the large patio with the fabulous trade winds blowing! Roman is wonderful to work with. When we come back to Aruba, we will schedule the trip so that we can stay in this wonderful home again!

Friendly owners, clean, quiet, nice location

We loved our time in Aruba! Both Christian and Roman were wonderful to deal with and were very accommodating. I had mentioned while booking that we were arriving on my birthday. When we got there I was surprised to see a balloon bouquet and fruit and wine basket! Christian met us at the condo when we got there and went over everything with us and gave us some great tips for our stay on the island. As for the condo, it has everything you will need. We especially appreciated the beach towels and beach chairs as we spent the majority of our time at the beach. There is also a beach umbrella and some beach toys. There is a “limit” for electricity use, but I believe it is more than enough. We tried to be very cognizant of our use of air conditioning. We did not do any cooking beside making a pizza one night. If you do want to cook, the kitchen is stocked with most anything you need and there is a gas grill on the patio. While I’m sure it is exciting staying in the hotel zone, we loved the peace and quiet of the Gold Coast area. We spent time just enjoying the weather and sounds of birds while having a drink on the patio. As for Aruba itself, we highly recommend it. We snorkeled at different beaches and I would say the best snorkeling is at Boca Catalina. We also enjoyed Arashi and Eagle beaches. If you get there early enough (by about 9:00 am- great tip from Christian) you can get a palapa. This is especially handy to spend some time out of the sun. We went on the Jolly Pirate tour and loved it. There are three snorkeling stops. It was a very windy day so we did not get to see the shipwreck. After we got in the water we decided our lives were more important than seeing the shipwreck and got back on the boat and had a drink :) We also did a Jeep tour of the island through ABC Tours and enjoyed it. We loved seeing the natural bridge and natural pool and hearing some history of the island. We are not big foodies so I do not have any great recommendations. We enjoy a good bar and grill in the sand or on a pier. We loved Pelican Pier- great food and drinks! All in all, I would highly recommend staying with Maria and Roman. Christian is an excellent property manager/concierge and made our stay a great one.

Beware - Lacking maintenance and attention.

The maintenance was poor, from busted patio and balcony sliding doors, burnt light bulbs, tripping circuit breakers to a leaking toilet and flooded bathroom on the first night. One of the patio sliding doors did not lock and we were told not to use as a badminton racquet?? was used as a security stop/lock. We were told not to use the upstairs bedroom balcony sliding door as it was busted. The downstairs 1/2 bath had burnt light bulbs and we were told they could not get the special LED replacement bulbs, also the breaker would trip on the incandescent bulb fixture. The master bedroom toilet tank leaked on the first night and flooded the master bath causing us to mop up at night and throw the rugs in the dryer. The concierge came the next morning with glue to seal cracks/leaks with no results. We were told they would replace the toilet after our departure so we went the duration of our stay not being able to use the master toilet and the downstairs toilet at night (no light) for that matter. The master walk-in closet was inaccessible for entry and hang/store our clothing and luggage due to a baby crib taking up all space. We had to remove the crib and put it in the bedroom completely blocking one side of the bedroom. We were told the reason proper maintenance was not done was because of damage caused by previous tenants/renters and there was not sufficient time as they checked out the day before we arrived, which as per the booking calendar the place was open before our arrival. Upon arrival back stateside I contacted whom I believe are the owners and they messaged they would call me the next day to discuss which I confirmed and told them the time they could call and they never called nor have I heard back from them. I have copies of the messages. There's a word for conducting business as this place is being managed and marketed and I'll let it go at that. Future renters beware!

Comfortable Vacation Rental

This is a very nice 2 bedroom townhouse in a gated community. We stayed here from Nov 6th -Nov 16th 2022. In my opinion because of the space 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms upstairs and half a bathroom downstairs, a kitchen with full size appliances and indoor washer and dryer this was better than a hotel room or resort suite. My family booked a resort suite and it had a kitchen with a full refrigerator and sink but the stove had only 1 small eye and 1 larger eye, no oven, just a half of table pushed against a wall and a small couch. Not exactly my idea of the perfect vacation accommodations. The clubhouse is about a 3 minute walk from the townhouse. There you will find a nice restaurant, a pool and a gym. The gym is small but you can get in a good workout especially being on vacation. I did not visit the other pools but we did see them as we drove in and out of the community. Christian the concierge is very pleasant and the owner was very responsive before and after the booking process. All in all we were very comfortable for the 10 nights we were here. We had enough space to host family for a special birthday and actually cook healthy meals. Our family members that booked the resort actually wished they had booked a rental property because it was so much like home. I also want to mention the construction of the townhouse is solid. If you were to encounter some really bad weather while on the island that townhouse will still be standing. It appears to be made of concrete and steal. Probably only God himself could knock that house down. If we ever have reason to return to Aruba I will certainly stay here again. Torria

this place that we stayed in it was a mazing, close to the beach and close to downtown, perfect if you renting a vehicle and nice pool for kids and adults, Roman was very friendly on the phone and Christian that welcomed us and open the door for the apartment is such a nice guy too, You wont be disappointed if you rent this beautiful place,

Aruba Noord condo

We absolutely loved the condo in the north area. We have stayed at many times in Eagle beds which is also a great area, but wanted to try something new. The condo has everything you need such as beach towels and beach chairs which is very helpful and sand toys that my kids enjoy. The area is great to discover new areas for swimming and snorkeling and very close to the famous lighthouse. There are many amazing restaurants to check out in the area, and it only took about 10 minutes to get to the Palm Beach Eagle beach areas. We loved our stay and hope to return in the near future, happy new year 2022!

"Hi Maria and Roman, Sorry for the delay in responding, things have been a bit hectic since we came back. Thank you for inviting us into your beautiful home. We had a wonderful time in Aruba. My husband had a great 70th birthday. We liked the location of your home, it was a good base for exploring the whole island. Your kitchen was well laid out with all of the utensils anyone would need, the entire home was spacious and for just two people more than enough room. The bed was very comfortable ( we used just one) with a nice ensuite shower. Christian was very nice when we handed over the house keys as we were leaving. We will go back to Aruba for a visit one day, hopefully this Coronavirus pandemic will end soon. We have been fine since we returned and have been in self isolation since. Stay safe. Best way to experience Aruba

This condo is clean, well taken care of in a great location. This was our first time in Aruba, and love every minute of it. This property is perfect for families. Couple of beaches are a short drive away maybe 5 min, eagle beach - our favorite was 10 min away. There are 3 great pools within the complex, we had them almost aways to ourselves. The condo/townhouse is very clean, fully equipped kitchen. There are toys for kids, great quality beach chairs. Everything was thought out. Property manager Christian was great, very helpful, he helped us with organizing some amazing tours, and was always very helpful answering all our questions. You just can't go wrong here! We loved it! We will be back at some point in the future!

Good location near beautiful, quiet beaches

Fully AC, safe, great neighborhood, very nice,, chatty, helpful property manager. Close to variety of beaches and restaurants and entertainment. Furniture, paint, etc not my style, but I wasn't planning to purchase it so fine for the week! Overall recommend

Great Condo!

The condo was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The gated community was really nice and the pools are a great amenity. Short drive to Arashi Beach - which was one of our favorite beaches in Aruba - and we visited several. The owners & concierge are very responsive & very helpful. Absolutely perfect vacation - Can't wait to go back. Would definitely love to stay at this condo again.

Wonderful stay

We had an incredible stay at Roman & Maria's home in Aruba! They were very accommodating - in fact, they even purchased a crib for their home so that our infant would have a place to sleep! We travelled as a family of four (kids aged 1 & 3), and had plenty of room for all of us during our stay. Location: It is a very short drive to get nearly anywhere. You definitely need a car, but if we didn't have kids, we probably would have walked to the beach a few times. There are so many beautiful beaches close by - we explored a different beach each day! Amenities: the house had absolutely everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels, a great beach umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and even beach toys! We only really ate breakfast at the house, as we would generally pack a lunch for the beach (thanks to the cooler!), and then eat out for dinner, but the kitchen was fully equipped that we could have easily cooked or BBQed daily if we wanted. The wifi was greatly appreciated (there is also wifi available at the club house/main pool). The complex has three different pools, all of which are a short walk away. We went to the main pool most afternoons - it was never crowded, but there were often other young kids that our kids could play with, which made it extra enjoyable! Christian, the concierge, was very helpful - he kept in touch and got us easily checked in and out. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding Townhouse!!!

This was my 16th trip to Aruba and these accommodations will have me coming back for my 17th. The owner has prepared this townhouse to be so accommodating and comfortable with so many extras that made this vacation quite memorable and special. Upon arrival, Christian, the owner's concierge took time to welcome, review the townhouse, and present a beautiful basket with fruit and wine!!! Beach chairs, washer and dryer, gorgeous well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, new TV's, and a spacious back patio!!! I cannot say enough about these accommodations and will definitely return.

Homey home away from home

Roman was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The condo is very cozy and the development was nice. The condo is located close to the pool which and it is a 2 minute ride to Arashi beach.

Excellent Villa in great location

This Gold Coast Villa is an excellent alternative to an expensive hotel. It is in a very nice gated community, peaceful and quiet. A short 2 minute walk from the clubhouse which also contains a high-end bar and restaurant. The week we were there we practically had the pool to ourselves. Completely and nicely furnished with all the pots, pans and utensils you need. We ate breakfast and lunch in the villa but went out most nights to the local restaurants which are only no more than 10 minutes from the villa. There is a high-end supermarket nearby (Superfoods) which would have all that you need but be aware food is expensive in Aruba. All the high-rise hotels and casinos are close by as is the shopping. Aruba beaches are open to the public and one need only to park on the side of the road to access most of them. We went to Arushi beach twice which is very close by and not as crowded as the hotel beaches but Arushi can get crowded when they bus in the cruise crowd as they did one day we were there. There is also a beach bar there that serves drinks and snacks. Driving in Aruba can be confusing as the roads are not well marked and there are a lot of traffic circles which seems to be a thing in the Caribbean. The owners here are great people and have an excellent concierge, Christian, who is available to help with anything you need. All in all, this is a great place to stay in Aruba.

Fantastic

This was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The townhouse was superb and central to everything. The owners and Christian, the concierge, were the best. We are already planning our next visit.

Very relaxing and private environment

The complex is first rate. The maintenance, landscaping and general upkeep is outstanding. The clubhouse is spectacular, 3 pools in the complex, the food at the Clubhouse is outstanding and offers a great touch of the local cuisine, as well as a diversified menu. The Townhouse was well maintained, clean and offers everything one would need. The concierge was extremely helpful in suggesting local attractions and restaurants. Salt & Pepper for breakfast and lunch, Passion Beach for a wonderful on the beach sunset dinner, Hadicurari also on the beach for dinner or breakfast and Yemanja Woodfired Grill just to name a few. Suggest you rent a car and see the ins and outs of the island. I will be returning next year.
