This 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a beautiful treasure found in the Lake of the Ozarks State Park. This condo is located at Park Place at the Lake and sits on the quiet Grand Glaze arm of the lake. This is the perfect location for a quiet, peaceful, and relaxing getaway. This condo offers a place of retreat to escape and unwind, or to embrace the beautiful sights and sounds of nature in the State Park by hiking, horseback, or even for a long stroll to embrace all the beauty that mother nature has to offer. The ground level view offers an amazing serene view of the lake from both the living room as well as the master bedroom. Both the living room and the master bedroom have access to the large screened in deck area. Relax on the covered, screened in deck, or by the pool. There are two access points to the dock, taking the stairs, or breezeway to the elevator. Take a walk out onto the covered docks to enjoy the view even more, to catch your own fish, or to dream up your own "fish story." Spend your evenings enjoying the gorgeous moonlight view from the deck, or snuggle up by the gas fireplace on a cooler night. You are only 15 minutes to shopping, golf, bowling, theaters, and arcades in Osage Beach. Free wireless internet, satellite TV, high definition flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms, surround sound, 2 DVD players, electric grill, washer/dryer, screened in deck, sofa sleeper couch. We supply linens, soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in both bathrooms, and basic toiletries such as paper towels, Kleenex, and toilet paper. Stay 6 Nights & get a 7th night FREE.

Love it here

With the exception of some small surface areas that needed more attention with cleaning, we loved staying here for the second time…and we probably stay again!

We saw so many deer and other wildlife. The condo was clean and we had an amazing view. The owners were very easy to get a hold of. We had a wonderful stay.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Jason’s place was clean however there were no washcloths and only two hand towels in both bathrooms. Also light bulbs missing in numerous lamps. These were minor details and everything else made this a great place. Will stay again

Absolutely amazing condo and was surprised by how spacious it was. My opinion is that they are on the best part of the lake where it’s super calm but your close to restaurants and bars by water and land! Would love to stay again!

Hello we came from Stl and the host had very good communication he was very cool sent info and answered our questions our stay was amazing , my baby sister used the towel by accident but I’m sure he’s ok but this is a highly recommended stay and the area is beautiful

Perfect family vacay in the Ozarks

This property is a hidden gem nestled within the state park. We hiked a new trail every single day and saw lots of wildlife. The condo itself had everything our family needed for our stay and is well maintained. We took full advantage of the screened room whether eating meals, watching the sun rise, or a storm roll in. The views are beautiful. Our kids loved fishing off the dock. We only had a couple of questions during our stay and Jason’s response was always timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at the Lake!!!

Jason's condo was perfect for our stay at the Lake. Weather was hot, but the A/C worked perfectly. Check-in was a breeze, and the condo was very clean. We used the electric grill on the porch for all 3 evening's dinners, and it worked great. We've stayed at several other condo's/vrbo's, and the living room furniture and beds were some of the most comfortable we've experienced! Loved the screened in porch to keep the bugs away! We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Lake. Thanks Jason!

The condo was 85 degrees when we checked in with no hot water because the instructions are to change the thermostat to 85 and turn off the water heater when you leave. Very inconvenient for travelers when they arrive. Also, the kitchen could have been cleaner. Asking guests to run & unload dishwasher before they leave is unrealistic in my opinion.

Thank you for your great review, sorry the temperature and hot water were an issue. We have never had a complaint regarding this in the nine years we’ve been renting our condo. We have always found it cools off quickly and the hot water heater is small enough that it usually takes less than twenty minutes to provide hot water. The condo association rule is that when you are not there the water must be shut off. We will certainly address the cleanliness issue with our housekeeper. Also, it is our belief that the instructions say please load the dishwasher before you leave, sorry for the confusion. Thanks again for renting our condo, we are glad you enjoyed your stay!

annual heritage lake trip

The property is clean and well maintained, quiet and pet friendly. The condo is beautiful and well stocked with all the necessities for cooking and a comfortable stay. The view from the porch is awesome! The location is fantastic for water skiing and fishing! The only down side is no on site swimming from shore or docks but the pool area is very nice and very clean and the area is great for swimming from our boat since there is less traffic on this area of the lake. If you are bringing watercraft, be sure to arrange dock slip/parking space with the condo owner well in advance since there is no dock parking available through the on site association manager and the trailer parking is limited and should also be pre-arranged.

Repeat customers

Our group of four returned to this property in November, 2023 (here also in summer of 2022) for another weekend of hiking, this time in nearby Lake of the Ozarks State Park. There was, as before, great communication from Jason - check-in info several days before, permission to check-in early, clear instructions on powering up water, the water heater, and HVAC. Within minutes after arrival, we were warm and comfortable. We chose this property again because it's spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-maintained. And the location was again well-suited for our hiking mission. A smooth and seamless process and a great place to land if visiting the area, regardless of season.

A cool space at Park Place

Our group of four stayed at the condo as part of a weekend of hiking and kayaking in nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park. The host was great, with early (almost a week before) check-in info, an offer of early check-in, and grace when notified of a broken drink glass as we departed. The property was just what we needed - spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our time inside and out (on the screened-in porch, at the dock below, and at the neighborhood pool) and the location was well-suited for our mission. A smooth and seamless process and a great place to land if visiting the area.

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo. The view was beautiful and the weather was great. The scenic drive through the state park to the condo was an added bonus. Jason was very easy to communicate with. I would love to stay here again in the future.
