Parking easy. Very clean place. Kitchen well stocked. I really hate the contract you make me sign. I feel like if I sneeze I am going to get sued. Not hotel makes me do that. No hotel makes me take out my own trash. No hotel makes me turn my own water on. Be more like a hotel. Go after the bad actors. Leave the rest of us alone.

This was the perfect spot. The condo was perfect very comfortably laid out and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was very cozy, shower hot and the towels, big and soft. It’s the small things and there many small things that made our stay anwesome even for 15 degrees in January. Thank you so much we will be back.

Very nice place to stay. Was clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with internet connection that we did not get resolved, however I did not stay on top of it as maybe I should have. We were there to spend time with family that own a condo locally. The only regret was we were so busy that we really didn't get to have the down time there like we would have liked to, hence the not staying on top of internet connection. It was really HOT during our stay but the air worked VERY well. We would stay again should our travels take us back

Wonderful Stay!

This was a wonderful property. Convenient to Margaritaville where I had a 3-day conference. It was clean, well-appointed, and exactly as pictured. I only used the larger bedroom and bathroom, but it was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice and clean. We were able to watch some water animals from our balcony- turtles, fish and herons. It is very close to activities and several restaurants. Pamela was very prompt in answering questions and taking care of any issues that arose. Just as a very minimal matter that I would change would be to have the cable tv in the living room and the Roku in the bedroom. All in all, you will not be disappointed with your stay here!! We enjoyed our 2 week stay very much!!

It’s a nice place

The place is really nice, however, we had some issues. I didn’t receive any emails of check in, or any details about the passcode or WiFi. I only received texts leading up to our arrival. I had to call the property manager for the passcode. The refrigerator wasn’t cold. We could only put half our things in the fridge. And keep restocking. And we had issues again with the keypad. It wouldn’t lock. I had to call the property manager again, she said she would call maintenance.Mind you, this happened on the 4th of July. Maintenance called back and said, we replaced the keypad and we aren’t coming back. I understand it was a holiday. I didn’t expect them to come that evening. But at least come back the next day to fix it. Never did. The day before we left, I called the property manager, AGAIN, and told her that the maintenance never came back to fix the problem and that we couldn’t lock the door. It would not be locked when we left. Low and behold, when we were leaving, I checked the keypad and it was working again. They are able to reset from the office. Like I said, the condo is very nice. But the headache wasn’t worth it. I hope someone else has a better experience.
