Luxuries include new air conditioning, wireless internet, 3 flat screen televisions, and two decks with beautiful views of the golf courses, Lake Pinneo, and the mountains beyond.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the beds and place used sheets and towels in the bunk room If used, turn off the A/C and/or lower heat to 60°F
Please remove all food that you brought from the condo upon departure and take trash to dumpsters located in the parking lot behind building 7. You will see it enclosed and the code to enter is 0496.
Close the door behind you and press the lock icon on the keypad to activate the lock
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take off your shoes in the house

The first picture you see on the listing is not the condo where you will be staying. That apparently is a club house of some sort with all the amenities, golf, tennis, indoor and outdoor pool. No instructions given on how to access the amenities. The actual condo was back up the mountain, with limited views. The trek to the condo from the parking area is somewhat arduous. Several flights of outdoor steps. We are in our 60’s and carrying all our luggage, coolers etc for a 4 day stay was very taxing. I would be very concerned about how slippery the outdoor steps would be in wet weather. No pictures of the outside of the actual condo was posted. The condo itself was lovely, very clean. Rooms and bathrooms were as advertised
