Con 3000sq / ft de espacio habitable, esta unidad puede alojar hasta un máximo de 18 personas al mismo tiempo que ofrece espacio y privacidad para todos. Esta hermosa casa lejos de casa ofrece muchas características y comodidades que esperaría encontrar en su propia casa. Esto incluye un acogedor espacio de estar perfecto para ver televisión y jugar juegos de mesa, un espacio de comedor para que toda su fiesta pueda comer y pasar tiempo de calidad juntos y, por supuesto, una cocina totalmente equipada, perfecta para hornear pavos para las cenas de Acción de Gracias. Worth every Penny

We were a group of 15, enough space for everyone. The pool was the highlight of our stay. We had to force the kids out each night. The water was well heated, thank God I paid for pool heating. NB: if you park your car and the boot extends to the pedestrian walkway, it will be tolled, we loss $225, but the fear that our car was stolen almost messed up our stay. Imagine waking up in the morning and a car has disappeared. Overall we had fun, little difficulties but that is expected when you are not in your own home. Will surely come again

Nice property BUT

I enjoyed the property but when I tried to contact the management company(2times) I never received a reply. One minor issue was with the number of spoons in a 6 bedroom home. (only 2 spoons)

Filthy, worn, and moldy home. No response from owners

We arrived to this home to find dead bugs, layers of dust, dirt and Cheetos on the floor and no broom to be found, stained linens, large areas of rubbed off paint, a hole in the stairwell wall, a cracked bedroom window, and more. I called the manager 4 times and never received a response. I had to buy a broom from the local Walmart and laundry detergent and cleaner just to spend the first 2 hours of my vacation cleaning the home that charges a cleaning fee. It’s appalling. I would not recommend this rental property to anyone.

We apologize for the inconvenience you had contacting the property manager, we have passed on the notes in regards to improving customer service to guests at all times. As for the cleanliness issues, all our homes are maintained by a professional cleaning company, and post-stay cleanings and pre-arrival inspections are arranged for every guest. We have also notified the property manager regarding the wear and tear of the unit you have stayed. We would be happy to welcome you back to our home in the future a with a special discount for the inconveniences. Thank you again for booking with us.

Wont do it again

Group of 11 and a dog. House was obviously very lived in or their housekeeping services suck. Holes, dust, random things appearing in the pool. HOA towed 2 of our 4 vehicles (that SHOULD have all fit in the driveway but didn’t) bc we were inches over on the sidewalk. Literally the only way to fit 4 vehicles in was to open the garage which had 2 broken strollers and a beat up pool table. There was dog chain outside that wasn’t ours. Communication was ZERO. I got one email from Larry where I had asked about a balance due but once on property ZILCH. Washer and dryer looked questionable so we didn’t use them. I emailed MULTIPLE times with no response and left MANY voicemails for Cristina with crickets in return. Next time, trust the most recent review. My family isn’t dirty but I wasn’t fixing to break my back on vacation cleaning for an unresponsive unappreciated host/company

Unable to reach property manager 1)holes in the walls 2)Air vents dirty.3) when I made the reservation ,we asked turn. For pool heater to on, it was not we called while there to have it turned on, no one came. Dinning room chairs rip. Pool table looked like its been theogh world war 1. And could not use it because of meldew and mold smell in the game. Pool deck dirty, and last the dryer did not dry the close. Place is a real dump. Was not worth 1800.

A few lost ends .. no lights for night swim the ceiling fan lights need a brighter light and I guess I had to pay for pool lights I’m not sure but there’s was none .. the glass table in kitchen I didn’t even let the kids gone near bcz it was awfully lose .. the dryer kept cutting off it had an error need filter dried for 10.. so we gave up had to take wet things home .. so of the rails on stairs need gorilla glue like 2 kept falling off .. those are minor things that can be fix and make the next family even happier bcz the Home is greater ..
