Guest Access:

Parking:

• Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



Resort Access:

• Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer. "Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc)."

• You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.



Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, small and medium dogs up to 40 lbs.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
