Perfect Location

Our stay at the Melanie was exceptional. The place was ideal for our family with two bedrooms and two large bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, exceptionally clean and very easy access to on campus activities as well as the highway. Highly recommend.

Great stay. Easy access. Very clean. SomeCollege kids live there so a little loud at times but nothing bad. One hint, we assumed when we left our room that it locked automatically. Our college niece after two days showed us we needed to hit the # button. So obviously a safe place since nothing went missing. Lol

Cozy Condo

Finding an accommodating property last minute can be a nightmare. I was overjoyed when I discovered this property had become available as a new rental. Despite my hotel perks and advantage points, this stay was more reasonably priced than renting a hotel room.The complex is gated and situated right off the river, providing an ideal location. We were close to all activities without the hustle and bustle of downtown. The farmers market and riverwalk are within a 10-minute drive from the property.The condo felt cozy and inviting, just like the pictures and description portrayed. The bedding was made for comfort and relaxation, and it was the highlight of returning at days end.Jennifer, our host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She quickly addressed all my concerns, especially since I had made a last-minute reservation. To ensure a smooth entry, she had someone test our codes and room keys before our arrival. This was a huge relief, as we had encountered issues with late arrivals in the past.If we ever find ourselves in this area again, I would definitely stay here. It’s a great home away from home.Thank you so much, Jennifer! We had an amazing stay.
