Just a mile from the lively Village, this new 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome offers the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure alike. Settle in with family or friends and make the most of this thoughtfully designed space, crafted for comfort and convenience at every turn. Located 1 mile from the village, this home is an ideal family retreat during ski season or for summer getaways.



Park in the garage and unload.  The entry level has a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed, full bath and laundry room. The spacious garage outfitted with a ski gear area includes boot and helmet dryers, ensuring your gear is ready for each new day on the slopes.



The second floor hosts two serene bedrooms, each with a plush Queen bed and en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a smart TV as well.



Ascend to the top floor. A stylish open-plan living area awaits, inviting you to unwind with all new furnishings, gas fireplace, and a wall of windows framing the surrounding mountain vistas. The gourmet kitchen boasts new, high-end appliances and a spacious layout, perfect for cooking up hearty meals to fuel your adventures. Second time I have stayed here. Both with family, pets, and friends. Kitchen supplies are stocked. Hot tub is clean. Close enough to walk to resort. Quiet area at night. If only we had the snow they had back 30 years ago.

This condo was an amazing place. It has all the amenities necessary and more. The location is not ski in ski out but it was nice and quiet and had the great hot tub. I am just sorry that this winter isn't providing the snow that we should have and that would improve skiing visits. I feel bad for everyone involved in the industry but maybe next year. We would definitely stay here again. It was so clean and beautiful. Thank you!

Great spot on Mt Schweitzer

This is a nice new townhome about 1/2 a mile from the ski village. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Great communication with the property manager. Always got a quick response. Nice to have a bedroom for the kids on the bottom floor and the other two on the second floor. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous ski retreat!

This space is brand new! We loved that each bedroom had a private bathroom.. perfect for couples and our adult children. The top floor was super cozy and well equipped for all of our needs. The hot tub was perfect for warming up after a cold day on the slopes! The open-kitchen concept was perfect for socailizing while preparing our meals. Beds are very comfortable and the cement floors heated so your feet never get cold! We would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and has that new house freshness which was so nice. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed to make our ski vacation fantastic - close proximity to the runs (2 min drive to the Gateway parking lot which is directly adjacent to the green run so we could ski to the bottom and take the lift back up to the Village), all the pots/pans and tools to cook and serve excellent meals, best beds we’ve ever had at a VRBO (firm and felt like high quality memory foam), and a garage which fit our 4Runner very comfortably (automatic garage door opener is provided for convenience during your stay). Our favorite things about this house were the laundry room with glove warmers because that room is so toasty warm and a great place to keep your boots overnight so they are easy to slide into in the am - and the hot tub which is always a “must have” on our list of amenities for a VRBO! Communication was good - we never had to reach out for anything - and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay. We had the best time and were loathe to leave. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

Perhaps the newness hasn't worn off, but certain things suggested that the property had not been given its final approval.No gas to fireplace or grill.Main living area toilet not seated to the floor completely.TV lacked live channels, and no instructions on how to access without renter's streaming service/app.Could not be located by phone apps like Google .
