The apartment was very nice and in a great location. We were able to walk to Tin City, 5th Ave shops/restaurants, and the beach. The only improvement would be a better bed. It does bot have box spring and the mattress did not have much support. If it had a nice bed (an upgrade to a Queen with a boxspring and nice mattress) this would be a 5 star review.

Location was perfect. Right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Very clean, stocked with all you need for the stay. Close to beaches, Tin City, Botanical Gardens and lots of other points of interest. Great communication and would highly recommend if you are planning a stay a vacation in Naples. Will be staying again.

Vacation

This cottage was perfect. It had all the basics. It was very clean. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We stayed downstairs and it was very private. Only thing I wish it had a bedroom door. Bring back the bedroom door please! We loved our stay.

Great Cozy Place for a Couple

We visited for the Naples US pickleball open for try week. This home gave us everything we needed. It was clean and nicely put together. Would definitely stay again.

It is not usual that you get to meet the owner of the property but we did, and what a treat it was. He was around the property tidying up and caring for it. We felt so welcomed. He went above and beyond to help us when we had a car issue and found some duct tape to get us by. He also was able to get us more pillows immediately. The owners care about the cleanliness, and your comfort. The unit was huge and we enjoyed the backyard, very much. It's quiet and in a lovely neighborhood with friendly passerby's. If ever in the Naples area, this location is in perfect proximity to 5th Avenue, and also to hop on the highway to head south to Marco Island. It's also right near the Botanical Gardens and is across the street from an Olive Garden. Truly a lovely place that we would recommend to anyone. They are also pet-friendly and that was a huge motivator to stay at this location. Thanks for everything! :)

Great location

We enjoyed our time at Carlos' vrbo in Naples. The neighborhood was very quiet even though we were so close to downtown Naples and so many great restaurants and beaches. Loved the location. The inside of the unit is updated and very clean.

The Perfect Fir

We wanted to find a pet friendly place that was convenient and intimate. Carlos is extremely responsive and the unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the yard and the quiet of the neighborhood. A haven minutes away from downtown, Tin City and beaches.

Relaxing

Property was very clean, quiet neighborhood, and very close distance for everything you want to do from beaches, boating, restaurants, and shopping. Patio was relaxing, gas & charcoal grills with firepit. Definately would recommend.

Good not great

We might be spoiled by other rentals we’ve stayed in. Only one very loud wall air conditioner in unit which necessitated freezing out the living room in order to cool the bedroom. Kitchen equipment could use some upgrading. Housekeeper using “shared” laundry to excess. Had to dry and fold his/her laundry in order to do ours as it had been left unattended.

Great stay in Naples

Property was as advertised. Could have used some linens for the couch and futon, and a few more bath and dish towels, only had 1. Will stay again next time in Naples.

Great little apartment

Great little apartment in a location very close to fifth Avenue… Matter fact you can walk. The home has been recently remodeled and is contemporary, sleek even though compact. The two recommendations I have for the property are to do an inventory in the kitchen and an upgrade of some of the items and to rethink the sheets and towels to a higher quality. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this location.

This is a cozy stilt home with a beach cottage theme , much like Key West cottages found on the islands, the location is great being only 2 blocks from 5th Ave restaurants and shops, just bike or walk down 5th to one of our best beaches and the Naples pier!

close to Naples Bay and Marinas where many shops and restaurants are located 2-4 blocks easy walk. this cul-de-sac neighborhood is extra quiet and tight nit and respect for neighbors is very important.
