The Spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Living room with 65” TV, a magnificent Lanai with magical views.
Dining at the resort is a delight with Hogfish Harry’s Restaurant & Bar providing a range of savory dishes right at your doorstep. If you prefer to dine under the open sky, the outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family. The picnic area, gazebo, and sundeck are idyllic settings for soaking up the Florida sun, completing the picture of a resort that is designed for both relaxation and adventure.
The apartment has incredible views from wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows; It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment is furnished with lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55" TV in the master bedroom and a 65" TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment. This unit is one flight up. (and there is no elevator)

The location could not be any better or more convenient. We are two blocks from Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South, and the most cherished 3rd Street South.
