Your Own Secluded Sanctuary Luxury Home in Jamaica Beach, Tx

NO CLEANING FEES!! We offer lots of room to spread out. This unique floorplan offers a living room, kitchen, & dining areas on each level.

Must use "CONTACT HOST" to REQUEST BOOKING DATES!
Then give us 24hrs or less and your on your way to those sandy shores...

3rd level offers 2 BR, 2 baths, living room, electric fireplace, full kitchen, dining room and a huge balcony with incredible views of West Bay. It offers a recliner and a very large wrap-around sofa.

2nd level offers 2 BR, 1 bath, living room, full kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer and another huge balcony with more breathtaking views of West Bay. It offers 2 large modular sofas that will sleep very comfortable an additional 2 people.

Ground level is even more appealing on 2-canals, fishing, a swim spa, double kayak, floating dock, 2 paddle boards, fishing area, outdoor shower, 6 car driveway and 2 bicycles. Also a large entertainment area with a gas grill & cook top, refrigerator, sink, granite counter tops & bar, a picnic table and plenty of seating for your enjoyment. So peaceful watching the boats and visiting with them as they pass by.

Wonderful Stay

We rented the house for 4 days to take our teenage boys and their friends. Very enjoyable, clean, had everything we needed. The boys thoroughly enjoyed fishing and catching crabs with all the gear that was provided. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! The house was perfect - just as in photos. Super comfortable and had everything we needed. Patios were huge and swim spa was so refreshing. Host was sweet and great at communicating details. We went as a friend group, and all agreed we would happily come back.

Perfect Getaway at Jamaica Beach!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Jamaica Beach! The location was perfect and the views from the deck on the canal were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip, including swim spa, comfortable beds, and plenty of outdoor space to unwind.Communication with the host - Lisa was smooth and they were super responsive to any questions.We’re already planning our next trip back—highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a slice of paradise on the Texas coast.

We had a wonderful time- My body is feeling all the stairs, but overall it was a great memorable vacation for us all.just a reminder to check the electric fireplace. Still have no idea what made the fireplace kick on. Never saw or found a remote for that, so left it unplugged the remainder of our trip.

The house is known for it's partial seclusion, not enough you fill alone, though just enough you can observe a few activities and the beautiful sunrises & sunsets.
