Muy linda casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en Apache Junction con su propia piscina privada.

Relájese en la piscina climatizada o junto a la hoguera después de pasar el día explorando los lagos locales, los campos de golf y las rutas de senderismo que se encuentran justo afuera de su puerta. La piscina se puede calentar hasta 85 grados, para que pueda disfrutarla en cualquier época del año.

Si alguna vez ha estado en Apache Junction en el pasado, comprende por qué tantos visitantes de invierno regresan año tras año para disfrutar del verdadero ambiente del desierto del suroeste y toda su belleza natural.

La casa está amueblada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de su estadía como si fuera su propia casa: camas tamaño queen en cada habitación, una cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, ollas, sartenes, cafetera, etc. También tiene acceso a un garaje para dos autos para su automóvil o motocicleta.

Great Place to astay

Wife & I enjoyed a quick getaway from sub zero temps in WI. Very nice home that's well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, dining and nearby friends and relatives we wanted to visit. Would highly reccomend it.

Christmas vacation

The home was lovely and true to all the pictures that are online. It’s a beautiful home very clean and organized. We were visiting from out of stay to see family. We very glad to have our own space to come home to every night and not put family out with our dogs. We didn’t find the broom and mop until our last day I like to keep things organized. We respected the property as if it were our own. It was very close to all my family and to Wal mart and to the casino we visited. The pool was beautiful but we weren’t able to take advantage of it because of visiting family.we only cooked one meal but everything we needed was there. The only drawback was the dishwasher I ran one load and it didn’t get cleaned so we hand wash the dishes it may have been operator error. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a small family and wants to be close enough to any activities they choose to do. The property manager Brian was wonderful answering any questions that came up. It has basic cable and internet but not any sports package so that was bummer It’s a excellent get away and were thinking of booking it again

Desert Oasis!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at our Apache Junction rental. It was in a great location for us, close to family. The property and house were truly a little oasis for us. The kitchen was very nice with new appliances. Our master bedroom was nice as well with a very comfortable bed and the bed sheets were amazingly soft. I had to ask our host for the brand! The backyard was equally nice with a heated pool and we spent a lot of time there. Our bulldog fell in love with the place and literally threw a tantrum on the day we left, flopping on the ground and protesting for all he was worth! Thank you Brian for opening up your house to pets as well as people, it was a great stay for all of us!

Needed get away

Property was as described, very clean and ready for immediate check in. The pool was very nice, well-kept and clean as well as the house. Nicely furnished with everything needed to feel at home. Nice location being further out of town and being close to the surrounding outdoor activities. Once again, Brian was a great example on what a host should be. Will stay their again if available. Nice place in a subdivision and beds are comfortable and loved the pillows (nice and soft) makes going to bed after being gone most of the day easy to relax. Wanted to stay longer but couldn’t cause of things back home

Great for a sibling getaway

My siblings and i really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and welcoming. We drove from Colorado,when we reached the house it was cool inside, refreshing, and welcoming. We got in the pool right away and ordered dinner. My only issue was the tile on the covered portion of the patio is slippery when wet. We ended up putting a towel down to avoid anyone else slipping and falling. Otherwise our saty was enjoyable and pleasant. We would stay here again.

Arizona get away

The property was perfect.Very Clean and had everything we needed and more for bbqing and cooking at home. The back yard with the pool was private and had enough chairs for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and shopping and hiking were near by. Would stay here again.

Beautiful!

Great weekend away for my family! They had everything we needed. Pool was warm and kids had a blast. Only suggestion would be to get a smart TV to watch apps and Netflix, etc. We will be back!

Wonderful Place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the patches Junction area. the house was everything we hoped for and needed. Lots of room, Clean, and a beautiful pool and yard. perfect for a family of four. I enjoyed having a garage to park my car out of the Arizona sun. I got a chance to meet Brian on your stay, great guys very helpful I would definitely would stay there again Thanks Brian.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect location to visit our daughter in Apache Junction. Our grandkids could not get enough of the heated pool, and there was a nice patio with plenty of seating for those of us who wanted to watch them from the sidelines. The house was just as pictured and perfectly clean. Communicating with the owner was a breeze! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Loved the location for what we wanted to do on the east side of Phoenix area. Location to Mesa Gateway, restaurants and some shopping was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool. We didn't eat at the home but appeared to have plenty of kitchen utensils.

Family gathering

We gathered as a family for a family memorial. This rental was amazing! Clean, comfortable, well stocked and in an area that we all felt very secure. The pool was such a nice touch! Communication with Brian was detailed and timely. This is a great rental if you are in the Apache Junction Arizona area!

Hello, my name is Brian Breu and I was born and raised right here in Arizona where I still live today in East Mesa.
My wife and I have been married for 20 years (as of 2016) and are the parents of 2 great kids.
Our hobbies include going camping in the mountains, traveling down to Rocky Point, Mexico for the weekend, and especially riding our Harley all over this great state I get to call home.
As for as the job thing goes, my wife works in Human Resources and I am a Realtor and a small business owner.

I know you will enjoy the convenience of this vacation home for a number of reasons, mainly that it is located near the US 60 with easy access to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. One of the most notable things about Arizona is our great weather. The house has a pool with a heater as well as a fire pit that will allow you to enjoy that great weather with your friends and family in a private setting.
