Enjoy an expansive screened in lanai for a BBQ meal, games or entertaining along with ample outdoor seating for six.  Sun loungers are provided.  Two additional chairs and table are perfect for your morning coffee or cold beverage after a day at the beach.  Book your private lesson with several waterski outfitters or enjoy 9 holes of golf.  Be sure to check out the nearby local trails that Lake County offers cyclists, runners and other adventurers.

Waterskiing and golfing are on-site, and the Orlando theme parks are only 27 miles away.

The bright and airy interior and open floor plan allow for enjoying family and friends while cooking up your favorite dish!  Or cozy up to watch a movie together on the large smart TV in the living room.

The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances has an island with a sink and seating for two.  The adjoining dining area seats six comfortably.

The master bedroom includes a King bed, a desk in case you need to work remotely and a smart TV for your enjoyment.  You’ll find a large bathroom with his and her sinks, separate toilet room as well as a large walk-in shower.

The Queen bedroom and twin bedroom (with 2 twins) have lots of light and share a bathroom which has a walk=in shower as well.

All the bedrooms and main room have overhead fans and lights via a remote.  The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as an oversized laundry sink.  The garage can accommodate 1 vehicle.

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business!
