The house was well kept and clean, all beds were comfortable. Good location, most Disney parks were about 20-30 minutes away and it was quiet every night. Plenty of room, even if you bring 8 people (we had 6).It was really cool that they had a PS2 and some games. If you've got kids, it's a great way to keep them occupied during downtime.Florida had a cold snap during our visit, and both the hot tub and pool unfortunately stopped heating entirely on nights that got too cold, which was very disappointing as these nights were the ones we were most looking forward to using the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and understanding, and refunded the pool heat charge when it stopped heating. Not sure exactly what the issue was. They mentioned that the pool heater shuts off below 55 degrees, but I have certainly used a functioning hot tub in the same area of Florida in colder weather.Overall a great stay, but the hot tub going cold put a damper on the visit. I still rate it 5 stars, because the issue seemed to be a genuine surprise for the hosts, and they immediately made it up to us with no fuss. Everything else was perfect.
