Our stay did have some hiccups but the owner took care of them in a timely manner. The house worked great for our visit and we look forward to utilizing it again.

Very Nice Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The layout worked great for us, and the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. A/C worked well, and the home is in a quiet spot in the neighborhood. Communication was excellent. We would stay again when in the area.

Everything was great. Great place to stay. It lacked wash clothes but i bought some. And the driveway was very rough. Very good kitchen it has a washer and dryer. Nice bathroom. Close to town

Thank you for your remarks It helps me stay on top of my help. I know the driveway it rough. We have been able to figure out a solution due to the slope of the street which runs down our driveway.

Cozy stay

We loved our stay. This house and the owner Linda made us feel right at home. The house had everything that we needed and was so comfortable. Linda was fantastic to work with and made the whole stay smooth. We hope to stay again next time we are in Ava.

This house had everything we needed to feel at home away from home. Clean, comfortable and quiet. We cooked and had breakfast each day. We needed for nothing other than a pair of kitchen scissors to open food packages. So vlesn, orgsnized and modern. Hot and powerful showerand laundry available if needed. We would rent agsin if the house doesn't sell.Thank you for making our Christmas extra special and comfortable.
