~ Nightly rates are adjusted seasonally and may vary based on amenity availability
~ Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. No parking on the grass per HOA regulations. Overflow parking is available near Bridges Bay Resort
~ Pitching tents or camping anywhere in the yard is prohibited by HOA rules and is not allowed
~ Waterpark hours of operation may vary and are beyond host control. Please verify before booking
~ Waterpark passes are not available on the day of check-out unless preapproved
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking is allowed outside with proper disposal
