first level: a custom-built bunkroom with 4 beds (2 queens and 2 fulls), perfect for group stays or families. This level also features a spacious double-vanity bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
second level: two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen, the other with a king—paired with a luxurious wet-room-style bathroom boasting a freestanding soaking tub and spa-inspired touches.
top level: the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space with upscale Café appliances, a dedicated coffee bar, and seasonal lake views. Relax by the electric fireplace, unwind with the Frame TV, or step out onto the floating patio to soak in the panoramic scenery of Glacial Hills.
basement level: a secondary living area and game room equipped with a full kitchenette, shuffleboard table, half bath, and a sleeper sofa that unfolds to a queen bed—perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings.
outdoor space: A 7-person hot tub, fire pit, unmatched privacy, and access to the Glacial Hills Natural Area trails.
note: the tower is listed for 10 guests to ensure maximum comfort. However, with 7 beds in total, it can accommodate up to 12 guests if needed.

Guests will have the entire property to themselves, with the exception of a small locked owner’s closet in the basement. Your unique electronic access code will be provided on the day of check-in for a seamless arrival.
The parking area at the top of the driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, with overflow parking available at the bottom of the driveway for additional vehicles. During winter, the driveway will be plowed, and the front stairs shoveled prior to your arrival. Shovels and salt will also be provided for guests to use throughout their stay.
