I was thrilled with this unit, which had a great location and had everything we needed: functional kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, dishwasher and even a new and powerful washer/dryer. The balcony/patio overlooks the village and has great views during sunset. The parking spots are tight but it is manageable and I have no real complants. For such a reasonable price, I would absolutely return many times!

Whistler Lodge Stay`

The property was wonderful for our stay during our visit to Whistler. About a 10-15 minute walk up the main strip to the gondola, it sits in a nice location with access to plenty of bars and restaurants that Whistler has to offer. The convenience of a ski locker to store equipment is also incredibly useful!

Excellent location and very clean

Very happy with our stay. I would definitely consider this listing again if we travel to Whistler again. I had to book this literally last minute as we had originally had reservations for camping in our RV. That did not end up happening and had to rent a car and VRBO last minute , literally a day ahead. Very happy how it all went very smoothly.

Whistler Village

Better than the pictures. We enjoyed our time, from the instructions prior to rental to the checkout. Easy, easy, easy. The condo was clean & roomy, everything you need to cook a good meal. It was located right in the village, walking to everything. Owner was super responsive and we recommend!

Perfect flat in the village

Great flat we shared with a second couple. Space was clean. Bathroom had a powerful shower, and the heat in the flat worked well. Nice to have new washer and drier as well. Located right near the quieter end of the village but within 5 minutes of everything. Staff were nice as well and helpful. Would stay here again. Only complaint is the elevator had a mind of its own, but nothing to worry about other than taking unplanned rides up and down. Great balcony to watch the snowfall at night too.

Awesome location, nice condo with great views

The property is awesome and the communication with Itrip who co-ordinated this was outstanding. The condo is exactly as described and is in a perfect location near many restaurants and the bus depot where you can catch a ride to the Vancouver airport earily (3 min walk). The only issue I had was with the Deer Lodge employee who checked me in and informed me that he had accidentally given the room to another person who was occupying the suite. It took about 3 hours to sort it out and in the interim we went for dinner. Bob at Itrip took care of everything efficiently and to our satisfaction so I would rate my stay as stellar as a result of his customer service.

Great Location

The unit location is perfect. It's away from the base of the mountain, but still in the village. It's less than a 10 minute stroll from the condo to the base. We rented a locker by the base, so we didn't have to carry ski/board everyday. The unit was very clean. It is dated, but the view of the village and the big TV made up for the lack of charm. The kitchen has basic amenities, so don't expect to cook. My only complaint is the bed. It was extreamly, extreamly, extreamly uncomfortable, plus the bedding and sheets are old. I would definitely stay at Eagle Lodge again, but I would choose a different unit because of the bed.

Location, Location, Location

Two of us spent 2 weeks in the unit. Just over the bridge in Village North, right on the Village Stroll. Close to shopping (groceries, gear, clothes, booze), restaurants and entertainment. It's a short walk to the Skier's Plaza where you can hop on the Village Gondola or Fitzsimmons Chair to access Whistler or the Excalibur Gondola to Blackcomb. You can make your life even easier if you store your skis/boards at the Affinity Sports storage room next to the Excalibur. The condo is well equipped for cooking and has a nice smart TV to connect your devices to. The Shaw cable wasn't HD but the wifi was fast enough for streaming. There's a nice balcony that faces southwest that would be great to sit in the sun after a day on the slopes. Maybe the decor is a little dated, but it's still very comfortable. Check-in and out were simple and service was excellent. All-in-all a great place for a ski holiday.

Adequate condo unit in the North Village

This is a basic condo unit with a decent location in the North Village. The best thing in the unit is the washer and dryer which were obviously new. There aren't any functioning chest of drawers or luggage racks so for our 10 day stay we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Our living room became a walk in closet for our ski gear. There were several glassware pieces missing and wine glasses are entry level. We unfortunately had an issue with the water not being hot enough in the shower. After contacting the reservation manager on the second day about this, they finally sent a plumber on the 8th day and fixed the problem for our remaining 2 days. We were told we would receive "compensation" for our inconvenience but as of this date none has been received.

Great time in Whistler

Super location overall on main drag "Village Stroll". A bit of a hike in in boots but very do-able and takes you by all the shops and restaurants/bars. Accommodations for the 3 of us very comfortable. A little 90s style which is fine, but for the cost, would like to see some small attention to detail things to better match what we have seen/expected elsewhere. Small items that jump out at me: Shower only got warm, not hot. Shower handle missing the end piece (just has the stick), Toilet paper holder missing cap at one end. The bedroom clothes drawers in the closet were off the tracks and did not appear fixable so left them. Seemed to have bare minimum of soap available. We always like to leave condos with some of our brought items, but none were here. No salt, pepper, or spices. Was awesome that place has a washer and dryer, but there is no laundry soap provided. Only one wash cloth and hand towel for the 6 nights, bath towels were fine. Can't complain about 4 out of 5 ski days getting fresh snow! :)
