The tranquil atmosphere of this property is perfect for a relaxing heated poolside getaway in sunny Florida. The spacious primary bedroom features a king sized memory foam bed, private bathroom, and a Smart TV. The guest bedroom features 2 full sized memory foam beds, a Smart TV and its own bathroom with access to the pool area. The living room features a large screen 75" Smart TV. The outside lanai also has a Smart TV and allows for plenty of area for sun bathing or entertaining friends and family while grilling by the pool. Situated on a sailboat & gulf access canal in the heart of the Palaco Grande community, it truly is a prime location for boaters where you can be to the Caloosahatchee River in just minutes, from there you can visit by boat Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and other barrier islands. This home is conveniently located to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, cafes, parks, and more! 2 kayaks and a bicycle are also provided, plus we offer a fenced in yard for your furry companions, as we are pet friendly!

Great Stay

We had a great stay. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was warm. A wonderful house to hang out in or as a home base to explore from. We enjoyed a kayak ride in the canal. Everything was as expected.
