Our stay was amazing! The house was spotless when we got there, everything we needed was supplied: coffee, towels, linens, sunscreen, bug spray etc. My family and I stayed 4 days & 3 nights only leaving the house to grab some groceries. We swam in the gorgeous pool all day and enjoyed fishing out by the dock. We will definitely be coming back.

Great stay

Very responsive, low rating for cleanliness as error in cleaning schedule and wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Cleaners came after 2 days and worked around our schedule. Pool was very nice and view of the canal is lovely. All amenities top notch. Would stay again!

A great vacation-just what we needed.

This spot was just what we needed for the 6 of us. Many living spaces both inside and outside. Comfortable, updated, close to lots of fun activities and restaurants, and exactly what we needed to get away from our cold Minnesota winter. Loved the responsiveness of the host and Sylvia.

A Cape Coral Favorite!

We LOVED our stay at this perfect little house. Great layout with lots of nice features. We love the Cape Coral area and this house was perfect for our family of 5. Not too far away from great beaches. We also loved hanging around the house with the pool and did a lot of fishing. We would absolutely rent again.

Beautiful home in a great location

I would recommend this home and I would definitely rent again. The home was clean and well maintained. They provided nice basket with shampoos, gum, sunscreen, etc. The owner and property manager were responsive when I needed to reach out.

The home perfect and was as described in Vrbo. Super clean, well appointed, and stocked very well!! We have used rentals many times and this one was at the top of our list!! The pool and patio area was amazing as we grilled every night. The dock was a great size. The owner had 2 boats and we had plenty of room for the boat we rented from Patriot Boat Rentals. The location of the home was so convenient as it was a short boat ride to the open water as well as a short drive to restaurants and groceries. Would definitely book again!!

Adorable house with great lanai space!

I rented this house the weekend before I had to attend a conference in the area so I could spend time with my parents who live a few hours away in Florida. The house is really cute and nicely decorated with all essential amenities, with a spacious lanai area facing the canal. The layout with a grill, seating area with TV and 6 person table was great for eating dinner and playing games each night. My father enjoyed sitting on the dock and watching the other boats go by...and we were fortunate enough to have breezy weather, even on the warmer days. Sadly, the pool was too chilly to use, so if it had been heated as indicated, it would have been perfect!!

Great Spot, but…

Perfect spot on the water with easy boat access. The home comes pretty well stocked in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathroom, along with beach towels for the pool. The beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the refrigerator went out the first night of our stay. We had to buy a cooler and ice to try and keep what groceries we had cold. Then continued having to buy ice each day. We were unable to buy any additional groceries or bring home leftovers. Things happen, we get it but no one offered to find a solution (like buying us ice and providing more coolers) or apologizing and giving us compensation for our troubles. Overall, My family did have a lot of fun during their stay here despite the situation. They even allowed my family to have a late checkout due to flights being later in the afternoon. We would definitely consider staying again as the home was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Florida House

We had an amazing time staying here. The house is clean, new and has everything you need from bikes to, pool floats and more. The Yacht Club Public Beach (quick drive from the house) is a beautiful beach with a playground, plenty of parking and even a cute tiki bar/grille. The pool and outdoor area at the house are amazing. We requested the heat to be turned on and kept the solar cover on at night so it was nice and warm. Would definitely stay there again!
